Pillow and bedsheet was dirty. After request to manager he denied to change the room inspite of available of other room. Not even room freshner used on request. After so many requests somehow change the bedsheet and pillow cover breakfast is just formalities."

"Olin uima-allas-huoneessa, ne näkyvät kuvassa uima-allas. Huone oli puhdas ja täynnä antiikki huonekalut. Henkilöstö käyttäytyminen oli hyvä ja hyödyllinen. Saavuimme pari tuntia aikaisin ennen vakio-tarkastusaikaa. Meillä oli pieni tytär kanssamme. Pyydämme varhaista sisäänottoa, jos mahdollista, ja hotelli onnistui tarjoamaan meille huoneiston 15-20 minuutissa saapumisestamme, ennen sisäänottoaikaa. Uima-allas oli puhdas juoksevalla vedellä. Voisimme nauttia uima-altaasta omalla virtauksellamme. Hyvää aamiaista oli myös. Voit helposti löytää paikallisia kuljetuksia näkymässä hotellin portilla. Yksi epämukavaa oli, että huonepalvelua oli pyydettävä useita kertoja huoneen puhdistus seuraavana aamuna. Se olisi pitänyt tehdä omilla ponnisteluilla, vieraiden ei pitäisi pyytää huoneen puhdistus seuraavana päivänä. Pysäköinti oli kuitenkin mukavaa. Sanoin, että se on arvokasta rahapaikkaa, jos menet Shantiniketaniin."

The rooms are big, spacious, and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is well-maintained. The bathroom is also clean and hygienic, which is very important during a hotel stay. The staff are also very helpful, polite, and supportive. Their service made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Overall, I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, helpful staff, and peaceful environment made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others."
