Mohur Kutir is an attractive resort in an idyllic setting. The resort can surely boast of having one of the best gardens in Bolpur / Ballavpur area, laden with beautiful flowers and spacious lawns. The swimming pool is well maintained. The quality of the property and the services rendered are exceptional. We are extremely pleased with the ambience, greenery and overall stay at Mohor Kutir. The staff has provided exceptional services, with a special mention of Mr. Apurba, who has been extremely co-operative and resourceful. Mohor Kutir is indeed an ideal location for events like destination marriage ceremonies, marriage anniversary parties etc. as well as short vacation getaways.

This was my second visit at Mohor Kutir. Stayed here from Jan 23rd to 25th. As always, enjoyed a lot. Fresh, neat and clean ambience, punctual room cleaning services with utmost professionalism & politeness. Mr. Debjyoti Dutta, office staff is a nice & polite person helped & guided us a lot to choose perfect room. Canteen Manager, Mr Amit Paul is also a nice helpful person, extended his whole hearted service towards us. The property is maintained efficiently by professional workers. Seasonal flowers were blooming all arround the lawn. Overall, it was a nice & pleasant experience, willing to visit again. Last but not the least, this hotel is pet friendly. Our companion, Coco the beagle enjoyed a lot here.

Excellent resort... Management, staff - (Toofan and Kajol) were extremely good. My parents did flag hosting on Republic day (26th January, 2025) was an amazing experience.. Laddu was superb 😊 😊 Swimming pool was so relaxing and breathtaking experience.. Food was extremely good... Hoping to visit the resort one more time Thank you, Regards Nidhi..

I stayed at Mohor kutir from 23rd Jan'25 with my family and checked out today (26th Jan'25). A close friend recommended us to stay here and I thank him profusely for making our stay memorable. Our positive experience started right at the time of booking when we booked the Club room. Surabhi at the front desk was extremely supportive in providing every details, very well behaved with a welcoming smile and soft demeanor. The resort is extremely well maintained, clean rooms, super helpful staff, quick service and excellent food. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping staff take immense care to keep everything clean and tidy. The service staff, mainly Nandagopal worth mentioning appear immediately when called and provide prompt response and resolution. One of my best stays in the past 30 years of my travel. My mother, wife, daughter and son all share the same sentiment. I thank each and every staff, Sanchalit, Debjyoti to name a couple for making my trip and stay at Mohor Kutir memorable. You guys are amazing, keep up the great service. Will come back soon for my next chapter at Shantiniketan.

Booked a cottage for 02 nights,checked out after staying 01 night;didn’t quite like the property. Poorly illuminated property,chances of injury and accidents. Pool poorly illuminated and barricaded,main pathway flushed with the pool,-every chance of a child or even an adult falling and drowning into it;no warning signages. Rooms though spacious and cozy lack a mini bar,in room iron and iron-table;washrooms lack a hair dryer and towel hanger. Food,staff service and staff courtesy very good. Children’s play amenities are totally lacking,gym absent. Landscaping too simple. Driver’s stay charge for dormitory is exorbitant @950 per night without even a complimentary breakfast. Arijit Singh’s Bollywood numbers are played over Public Address System-no Rabindrasangeet,-name of the property is Mohor Kutir-they have forgotten about Mohor-Di,-Kanika Bandopadhyay

Where should i start from? I just checked out today and what should i say the experience was terrible. Me and my family had went for a family vacation. The food served was cold and smelled. In our room there was hair on the bed and the mini bar was empty and when it came to room service it was terrible aswell . i had to call 2 -3 times just to get a bottle of water and some cold drinks for my kids. The management is horrible, we had to checkout today . Horrible experience would not recommend.

I recently stayed at Mohor Kutir and was really impressed. The service was really good, and the food at Panchmeshali was delicious. Our room was clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. All the staff members were well-behaved. Mohor Saaj, the boutique had a unique collection, and the lawn and pool area added to the charm. It’s a safe and inviting place for families with a positive vibe. Highly recommended!

It's been always a pleasure to be at Mohor Kutir, Santiniketan... Great ambience, very much cooperative staff, lead by the most eligible Manager Mr. Subhankar... All staffs are very courteous and on the toes to help the guest.... And moreover the food... Delicious Bengali, Chinese, continental food from the restaurant, ' Panchmeshali'... Enjoyed a lot as always at Mohor Kutir on this year holi....wish to be there in future..... Thanks....

The resort built at a serene location and the facilities at the resort was of top level. Spacious Rooms, Clean Washrooms, Perfectly Sanitized - what else could one asked for after this covid situation? The foods were tasty, prepared maintaining proper hygiene. The staffs were very much courteous and they were always a phone call away. The spread of complimentary breakfast was quite good on all the three days as well as a la carte options were also quite good. The nice playground for the children and the swimming pool were the cherry on the top for a family vacation. The winter weather with such a beautiful quite place would certainly make anyone at peace. We will surely visit again at this Mohor Kutir and also recommend everyone to stay at this Resort without any second thought. Last but not the least, this Resort also have a nice conference room which can easily held family get together or corporate events.
