We are very disappointed .a.c room with non functioning a.c. manager ignor our complain.we suffering through saffocation.who are responsible for our moneyteri loss.

The management is not working smooth and there’s no clarity on their part about a lot of things which was one of the worst points about the stay the property is good rooms are good as well

We went with family and had great stay it is in the heart of the market, food is also good there. staffs are also good

Location wise - 5/5 as it’s in the heart of sonar jhuri. Service wise 2/5 - no toothpaste/toothbrush or any such facility offered according to the amount that we paid. Suite with balcony was okayish too, nothing wow about it. Just spacious.

The experience was not worthy of telling. Location is prominent. Property's food quality is very poor compared to the rate & the overwhelming craze about the resort. The room was also not up to the marks compared to rate. Washroom is too small to use. They need to focus on their management & room service. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get a room after reaching to the resort.

terrible tour. room conditions are very bad, service and staff behavior are rough, took extra charges for our room, food's is poor. charges are high, all are corrupted.

Location of the project is in one word excellant. Food in one word is just awesome. Staff behaveor is also just un matched. Needs some more inputs for the toilets and overall matters.

Excellent room, ambience, food and services. The room service was good. The pool area and children's play area is very very nice.

It was terrible. The rooms were dirty, there was no latch in the washroom. Rats were running around in the room at night. A very bad experience and will never recommend the hotel to anyone else. It was just not worth the money.
