"We were very satisfied. There is pickup service from railway station to hotel without booking before. All service people are very nice. Hotel rooms were clean and practical. Tellers, bedding, pot and pan are all there. Microwave too. The thermal bathroom is top, right salty water. We have also used the fitness well. I can imagine to come again. Breakfast cost 24 euros, also my 12-year-old daughter. It was OK, not overcome for these prices nevau but also ncit bad. I miss luchs."

"A great hotel . The reception was very friendly . Breakfast staff was also great every day - especially the young man from Poland / Czech? . Very attentive and nice. What we found great was the egg station - where you could prepare fresh omelet. Even the hotel management goes around in the morning and talks with one that we have not even experienced. This kindness passes through the whole house. We come back. Great clean rooms and our daughter is happy about the game room"

"Tilava ja puhdas huone, jossa on lämmin ja kylmä juomat, jääkaappi, hygieniatarvikkeet ja jopa henkilökohtainen tervehdys. Hotellin aamiainenbuffetilla ei ole haluja. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällinen, olipa se vastaanotto, aamiainen tai puhdistus. Hotellin sijainti on huippu, kävelymatkan, ranta ja rautatieasema ovat hyvin saavutettavissa kävelyllä. Talo tai huone on kuitenkin tullut vuosiin, matto oli melko läpikäynyt eikä se ollut juuri palaava. Se sopii, mutta meidän piti kysyä vessapaperista. Olimme todella tyytyväisiä ja varaisimme Binzerin tilan. "

"Great location right on the beach promenade. Exceptional breakfast. Rooms were comfortable. The cons: Parking. No transparency in pricing. It was not mentioned at checkin that parking costs an extra €19 per day, so it was a complete surprise when it appeared on the final bill. When challenged, we were told it is always the case to charge. Why not just include it in the room rates? Swimming pool (indoor). Just too cold to use. The bar. Seemed understaffed. The same person was also dealing with the nearby restaurant which meant at times there was no-one there. As a result, ordering a simple beer took much longer than it should have done."
