Very comfortable for the business trip staying, will book again

酒店整體位置還算便利，周邊生活設施齊全。前台辦理入住速度尚可，員工態度友善。但房間面積偏小，行李多的話會顯得侷促，設施也比較普通。早餐品類不算豐富，選擇有限，如果是長住可能會覺得單調。整體來説，適合短期入住或商務過渡，但若追求空間感和更豐富的配套，可能會有些不足。

A very nice and comfortable hotel with professional stuffs.

Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in Bintulu. However, the room felt a bit cramped for two people.

Still the best hotel in bintulu. Very clean and easy to find car park.

The rooms are not clean espeecially Bathroom. Need to improve alot in cleaning. The glass door is fitted not securely as it was scraping the floor when open and close the door. The thoughned glass door can shatter anytime as it scrapes the floor. The towel provided was not as per the 4 star hotel specification.

Overall I am satisfied with the hotel services and room facilities. Just one comment on the shower room drainage system. The drainage system seem like got some issue where the water cannot be flush down. It need some time to let the water flush down. Thats mean you need to on and off the water when showering. Hopefully can improve it.

Went for a business trip in Bintulu, breakfast was good, lots of choice. Location wise, you will always need grab for going to malls. Otherwise can do 10min walk to nearby pasar malam.

Had a pleasant business stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bintulu. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained, with a calm atmosphere ideal for getting work done. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with strong Wi-Fi and a good desk setup. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth. Breakfast was satisfying with a nice variety, and there’s a convenience store nearby for quick essentials. Overall, a comfortable and reliable option for business travelers—would happily return.
