We had an absolutely perfect stay in Cassia Bintan. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. We got an upgrade in our room from single bedroom to loft type 🫶🏻 Terima kasih! The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back but this time on sunny season 😉

My family had great fun here at Cassia Bintan. The staff are friendly and caring. Tasia, Vira, Ana and David are most helpful and considerate! They arranged car pick up for the seven of us to go for dinner at Biyantree, saving us a lot of efforts and time on road. The beach is fantastic though the waves are a bit challenging for swimming. The view is brilliant, A fun place for children to spot crabs, fish and conches on the beach. 性价比很高，沙滩沙子很细，浪有点大，有两个游泳池。餐厅食物还可以，中国人挺多的。服务很热情，也愿意帮你解决问题。 推荐。

This apartment-style accommodation offers the luxury of a private beach, making it an ideal getaway. The receptionists, Gazza and Tasia, provided exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process. They went above and beyond by assisting with reservations at the Banyan Tree restaurants, ensuring both transport and seat arrangements were seamlessly taken care of. The dining experience at Treetops and Saffron was outstanding—every dish was splendid and memorable. The private beach was immaculately maintained and pristine, offering a relaxing environment. My child especially enjoyed playing in the soft, clean sand, making it a perfect family-friendly destination.

Service was excellent, very professional and at the same time very friendly. The facilities are great and the fact that you can go to restaurants located in Angsana and Banyan is very comfortable and enjoyable.  The food is great! Strongly recommend Cassia Bintan!

We were upgraded to the one bedroom apartment and we love it! The apartment is huge and have tv in the living room. The only downside is we can’t connect it to our Netflix. Do bring ur HDMI cable if you wish to connect it to your laptop for movie nights. The breakfast is amazing as well! There’s lots of food options and even live stations that cooked Maggie for you.

We booked the BRF ferry and arrive Bintan in an hour. When arrive, they have someone to to pick us from the ferry terminal by bus. It takes about 15 mins to arrive the resort. The room was ready to checked in when we arrived. We have 2 bedrooms and the rooms are clean. The food in the hotel is good but Singapore price. Anyway if want to relax and do nothing, this is the best place to go.
