Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel arvostelua

Easy accessibility from the ferry terminal with just less than 5 minutes away via a car pick up from the hotel.  Hospitality from the staff at hotel, restaurant and amenities were excellent too.  Room was very clean and bottled waters are provided and upon request too.

The water pressure for shower in the bathroom was very weak and having met Mr Eric Saw (management of Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel), he took immediate action to rectify and move me to another room. My family had a good stay at Doulos Phos and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my other family members. The room is clean and the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are excellent and well served 👍👍👍

Came here for a holiday with my family. The location although quite far from the town but it is near to the jetty terminal. The staff was polite and even helped us when our car broke down. Will definitely come back again. One of the best hotels so far in Bintan Island.

Awesome location, work in progress, great concept...the hotel was not fully functional, but it has great potential

Totally a brand new experience as you are staying in the actual ship's cabin.. the hotel crew arranged a tour within the ships to various compartments , we had a chance to visit the engine room the upper deck and many others rooms that are usually restricted for passengers in a sailing ship. The history of the ship was very well explained by the Hotel Crew.. The foods served are delicious too. Overall it's a nice hide-out from a hustle and bustle city life

Stayed at the balcony cabin suite . Spacious , clean and has a nice 180 view of the sea for one to take in at the outdoor balcony with it's cushioned bench and foot rest. Branding is on point for the inhouse toiletries & amenities. I like the personal touches like the leaf folded face towels and the layered bathroom floor mat. I feel safe & assured staying at this heritage boutique hotel ship as it met all my prior expectations . I shall return.

Simple hotel with rich heritage. I love the ship tour and the rationale of operating the ship hotel. Very near to the ferry terminal, but not near to any shopping area. It is suitable for people who just want a getaway without clustering their itinerary with shopping agenda. Good place for a quiet retreat.
