Quartier Bilbao Hostel Casco Viejo arvostelua

El personal era bueno y dispuesto a ayudar, lastima que parece más una pensión de gente malviviente que un hostel turístico. Tuve miedo.

My stay with hotel Quartier was just splendid. You felt like at home immideatly when you stepped through the door. The people feel like home and you feel really safe. I felt so really good there, my bed was on perfect location too, and I stayed quite long. I will never forget my experience. Also the breakfast was so good to have, you could see they work with love. I give all the stars. Please continue, I had such a good time with you. You were my nice home in Bilbao.

comfy bed

The room was small and the bunks were literally attached to each other. With something like 30cm space inbetween. Breakfast poor, virtually no facilities, small communal spaces. Staff friendly and located optimal.

It’s a great place to stay! Clean, modern, staff is very friendly and the location is just amazing! Next time I will come back! P.S. breakfast is included! It’s great!!

ビルバオの宿として利用。 場所は市内のほぼ中心部（Casco Viejo駅徒歩5分）と立地は申し分無し。このCasco Viejo駅を中心にゲルニカ迄約1時間（€3.4-）行きました。世界遺産「ビスカヤ橋」迄地下鉄Areeta駅迄1本（約30分弱、€1.85-）。 但し、2段ベットの設備は今ひとつ（充電はできたが充電口が飛び出ていた）。シャワー、トイレも中の下。余りお勧めはしませんが、場所と値段だけの方は問題ないと思います。

Pretty good enviroment, everything was so clean and confortable. Breakfast are really good too. The staff help us in a lot of things too like restaurant recomendations, places to visit, ways to go to the airport, they were so nice :). Highly recomended.

Everything was excellent. İt's located in the middle of old town. Very helpful staff. Price is excellent and breakfast is included. Very clean and comfortable hostel. Very cozy. Highly recommend 😊

Great place to stay Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area.

Great location, small rooms Very well-located and well-priced. However, rooms cramped and facilities basic. Good Wi-Fi.

I recently spent an enjoyable couple of nights in this hostel. It's a nice, friendly hostel in a great central location. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was pretty good which included fruit and also, free tea/coffee all day which is a nice extra as not all hostels provide this. I needed some help a few times and the staff were really excellent at this, in particular Martha and Leire where they allowed me to use the hostel laptop for a short time to do things instead of on my mobile making it easier for what I had to do. They also gave great recommendations re extra bus companies I wasn't aware of and good places to eat. There were only a few things I didn't like (as overall I enjoyed my stay in the hostel): As others have mentioned, the lower bunk. Normally, I always request this as I am an older traveller and it is usually beneficial but in this instance not, as awkward getting up (didn't realise this beforehand as not usual in hostels). Also, the main thing I didn't like was there were no security locks on the shower doors in the unisex toilet/shower rooms. I found this really annoying and unsafe for women especially late at night when less people using them. (This is 2024 and is a serious matter so should be taken seriously for women's safety!). I think I mentioned this when I stayed here years ago but nothing seems to have changed. It's a pity as it is a really nice hostel otherwise.
