Good hotel

Checkin not accepted, they have given my booked room to someone else

We were on a family trip to Manali and this place was our 1st stop and was the worst experience here. The front desk guy name Jitender was so arrogant and rude to talk to but we were tired of driving so we decided to stay where we made this mistake. First of all air conditioning was not working and they were constantly saying it’s under maintenance. Then there was no power back up here and we woke up at 3 in the morning and there was no one at the desk to listen. There were bugs in the room and the guy came in with HIT to clear them off which left the room with foul smell. Our one room was on triple occupancy and we asked for additional tea bag and they said it is no included. Roof tiles and wall tiles in bathroom were broken and one could actually hear person in the next bathroom. There were no toiletries or tissues or bathing essentials as promised . Awfully spent a night here with no electricity no water

Service is very poor, not able to get breakfast timely, even tea received after 1. 30 hrs, location is ok

Location is good. Approachable. Service and food quality is good too. Rooms also good for stay.

While the top-category hotel room boasts newly built aesthetics, the overall experience is marred by poor maintenance. Despite the promising exterior, the room's interior fails to meet expectations. The malfunctioning air conditioner despite making complaints and leaking flush significantly detract from comfort, making the stay less than enjoyable. Additionally, the absence of hand towels is a basic amenity oversight that further diminishes the quality of the accommodation. Furthermore, the lack of proper cleaning exacerbates the situation, as guests expect a pristine environment when paying for top-tier accommodations. The negligence in upkeep undermines the hotel's reputation and leaves patrons feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. Despite the initial allure of its aesthetics, the reality of the poorly maintained room highlights the importance of consistent upkeep in hospitality establishments. In conclusion, while the hotel room may have the potential to offer a luxurious experience, the lack of maintenance ultimately renders it sub-par and fails to justify its top-category designation.
