The overall park was fantastic, it had everything we needed without having to leave. Our room however was awful. We stayed in the safari tent and the deck, outdoor area and designated car space was unusable due to the bird droppings, the smell was horrendous and over a 4 day stay we had to wash our car 3 times due to damages.

Awesome family stay. We stayed in the cabins, very comfortable, excellent facilities. Heaps of activities everyday for the kids, great food and drinks area

小朋友的活動很多，大大小小的游泳池好幾個，小朋友玩兒得不想走。可以開房車露營，也有渡假屋，選擇很多，旁邊不遠有個outlets，購物吃飯都方便

Such a great place for a family stay with all the pools and activities

We come for a family holiday to the Gold coast once a year/2 years to go to the theme parks. We usually stay at a different one but thought we'd give this one a go because I liked the look of the kids activities. The kids activities were actually pretty good, and I enjoyed the trivia night they ran. They have 3 pools, which were FREEZING and none of them were really deep enough to suit my teenager and husband. The one pool at the other place is heated all year round and is much better. The 3 pools at this place would be fantastic for children under 10. I thought they had a variety of activities and facilities for the kids to do which was great. They often had trucks arriving and doing work from 7am, one particular morning they were clearing a site behind us so had lot's of repetitive loud noises, fine, but surely could've started at 9am instead of 7am. We stayed on an en suite site... it was annoying because of the way it faced (it was behind our site rather than in front and felt like we were walking through the neighbours site to get to it. Sites are also quite small. I did love the en suite shower though. We stayed as 5 people on the en suite site for 14 nights. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper. They never once cleaned the en suite in those 14 days. On day 9/10 they dumped ONE roll of toilet paper and some conditioner/soap and a material bag on the toilet. Fair enough, they don't clean it but other places at least provide us with a broom and cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. I also think only giving us 3 rolls or toilet paper for 14 nights for 5 people was a bit rich considering it's quite a bit extra for the en suite.. and I'm assuming they provide toilet rolls and clean the other toilets. My biggest gripe about this place though and the reason we won't be back (We'll go back to the other one as it was actually really good)... is the cafe. The drinks are horrible. I ordered a thick shake.. really didn't like the taste of it so didn't order it again. One of the places and reasons I choose a caravan park is the cafe... I specifically love a good thick shake. This place didn't deliver on that so it made me not want to get any other drinks. I did order a hot chocolate, it tasted horrible and the drink was room temperature. If there's one thing I hate it's room temperature milk. Obviously didn't order that again. The food was okay, we usually ordered the pizzas and I liked those. On the trivia night we ordered 3 pizzas. After 45 minutes they still hadn't turned up but everyone else who arrived after us had got their food. Husband went up to ask about it... they said that they'd made it but we didn't turn up and someone else took our food. Our buzzer NEVER went off. They really couldn't give a stuff and said they'd just remake it. My husband showed the buzzer and said this number, is it working? They said yeah it'll buzz. 20 minutes later the waitress comes over and says are the 3 pizzas that have just been made ours. We said
