The house is equipped with fast WiFi, a 75-inch cable smart TV in the great room and 52-inch smart TVs in each of the three bedrooms as well as on the covered deck, a beautiful gas log fireplace, a spacious gourmet kitchen with a large refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, farmer’s sink, coffee maker and all the amenities. Outside you will find one deck that is completely covered and is furnished with nice outdoor furniture, a large smart TV, ceiling fan, a heater, and a new 36-inch Blackstone grill. The second deck is equipped with a luxurious heated spa that you can enjoy after a fun day on the slopes or enjoying many of the year-round activities available throughout Big Bear. The home is situated on a large, beautifully landscaped 13,100 square foot lot. The back yard is fully fenced and contains a propane gas pit surrounded by comfortable adirondack chairs. At night, the property has subtle lighting creating great ambience for those evenings out on the deck, in the spa, or at the gas pit. There is ample parking on the front driveway for up to three vehicles. And, parking is also available for your boat if you want to enjoy it on the lake. The home is located within two miles of Snow Summit and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park, Bear Mountain, Snow Valley, and the east end of Big Bear Lake. Big Bear Snow Play is less than a mile away. Big Bear Village is three miles away, and the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain is less than four miles away.
