We booked a two-night stay for six guests, including free breakfast for all, through trip.com. However, our experience was marred by unexpected breakfast charges, subpar breakfast quality and unprofessional management.

Home2 Suites claimed our room included two breakfast coupons, with two additional coupons covered by the paid parking fee. Despite confirming six coupons, they charged us extra. The manager insisted we pay or forgo the coupons, unfairly accusing us of exploiting their policy.

The breakfast buffet offered only pre-packaged foods, lacking freshness and variety.

The manager's confrontational approach and unwarranted accusations left a poor impression, especially after our 15-hour travel.

Upon checkout, the general manager reversed the charges after reviewing our trip.com booking voucher but failed to apologize for the mistake and accusations.
