"We were stunned when, upon entering the bathroom and lifting the toilet seat, we saw that someone had relieved themselves there, and judging by the appearance and smell, it had been there for several hours. They moved us to another room, but the new one had an adapted bathroom with a shower tray and no screen, so every time we showered, the entire bathroom flooded. Honestly, we expected some gesture from the hotel: a discount, free breakfast, or any small token of appreciation for the inconvenience. However, at reception, they told us they couldn't do anything. Well, I guess it's normal for someone to use the guest bathroom and not even think to flush…"
