We booked a 5 days stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean (when we got in). Sorry, but the mattress was horrible, completely done with no more life left in it. It was soggy and you could feel the springs. The bathroom radiator was very dusty so that we had to clean it before hanging the towels back up. The big shower had wasn't cleaned in like ever. Only a few holes worked, the rest was blocked from limestone. During our 5 days stay there was no cleaning, changing totals or anything if that sort. Not once. Definitely not 4 stars, sorry. Location was alright, close to town.

Vorteile: Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, und ich konnte bereits eine Stunde früher einchecken. Das Parken war bequem, da es einen eigenen Parkplatz gab, den man für 12 Euro pro Tag nutzen konnte. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Lidl, was das Einkaufen sehr praktisch machte. Nachteile: Obwohl die Außentemperatur nur 22 Grad betrug, war es im Zimmer extrem heiß. Es gab keine eine Klimaanlage oder einen Ventilator. Ohne geöffnetes Fenster konnte man kaum schlafen, aber bei geöffnetem Fenster war es sehr laut, man konnte sogar die Stimmen der Leute draußen hören. Empfindlichen Personen würde ich davon abraten. Abgesehen davon, dass der Kühlschrank schmutzig war und das Duschgel kaputt, war die Sauberkeit insgesamt in Ordnung. Eine Spülmaschine gab es nicht. Wenn die Nachbarn nebenan ein- und ausgingen, wackelte die Tür und Licht schien herein, was ein etwas unsicheres Gefühl vermittelte.

Alle Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Super Service und sehr geräumige, sehr saubere und toll eingerichtete Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, und großem Bad. Kaffee und Tee und Wasser wurden vom Haus gestellt. Bei dem Zimmer nach hinten war schlafen bei offenem Fenster kein Problem. Der überdachte Parkplatz war ebenfalls kostenfrei. Immer gerne wieder!

SCAM DON'T BOOK. I tried booking a room in this hotel. The confirmation, however, said it was for their sister hotel in a different city. I immediately called, got no answer. I then emailed. Two days later, I got a reply confirming that the booking was for their sister hotel (I knew that) and that it was nonrefundable at time of purchase. I can only assume that's part of their business strategy. There are plenty of other good hotels. Stay at one of those.

The WiFi in the room never worked, my room was never cleaned over the 4 nights I stayed. Bin never cleaned or changed. Towels never changed bathroom not cleaned once. Parking was good and a good price.

i have experienced 1 time that I was treated unfriendly as a guest at the entrance in front of the reception by a young lady with an immigration background.She had verbally attacked me.She spoke in a tone of insolence.She treated me badly :( That's the truth at Boardinghouse.Location:Jöllenbecker Straße 36,Bielefeld.

Parken im Hof, Lidl direkt gegenüber, Straße direkt vor dem Zimmer, Fenster gut gedämmt, kein Frühstück, gute Lage, sehr schöne neue und große Zimmer, einfacher Checkin

Bei der überdachten Parkmöglichkeit gibt es zwei öffentliche Ladesäulen, die nicht extra beworben werden.

Ristorante e supermercato praticamente attaccati. Camera grande e perfetta. Parcheggio dietro la struttura comodissimo. Unica pecca, niente ascensore per la valigia.
