property is not good… they have given room which is outside the hotel..later they changed room after requesting them..
washroom is not clean..
old property.. bed is too small..

I stayed at Mangalam during a family trip for 3 nights. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. My rate plan included breakfast at Saffron, a restaurant part of the Mangalam property. The spread was good and prepared fresh. They also helped me arrange a cab for day trips. The staff is courteous, despite being a tourist heavy season they were quick to respond. The Saffron restaurant had good options for dinner as well. Their snack counter had freshly prepared khakra and bhakarwadi which was very tasty.
The only feedback I would have is for the check-out times. The check-out of time is at 9 in the morning. Staff extended it by 30 minutes on request, However, I felt it was too early and not very family friendly.
Overall I would recommend this property for family vacations

the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff did a good job. Restaurant:
the ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was consistent. Some dishes were excellent, the breakfast options were extremely good and we had lko enjoyed a lot. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and i hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again and experiencing positive changes in the future. Reards

The hotel was good. Considering other options in bhuj, it was better. However the management needs to be more professional. There were issues with hot water in the bathroom, the air conditioner flap was broken, and the lift was so fast to close that we were scared using it. The staff was more professional and welcoming than the manager himself. Hygiene was good. It could have been a 5-star experience if they did not mess up on the basis.

Comfortable stay with good service staff. Although wash room is big but improvement required in hygiene of washroom. Hot water not available in washbasin.

The location is good, safe and easily accessible from major transport hubs of Bhuj. All amenities & services were good and the entire stay was comfortable & hassle free as well. The hotel staff is professional, supportive and quite helpful in taking care of their guests. The overall stay experience was amazing.

Location is nice with respect to distances from major places to see. Breakfast was ok not worth 299+gst per person. A bit slow service with getting warm things on plate. So i would recommend to book only room. Rooms are decent. The room which i stayed, the window opened to a lobby on ground floor, which was a bit wierd. Overall decent experience.

We had booked 3 deluxe rooms but one of the rooms was extremely small. 2 rooms were not ready even after our arrival, they started cleaning and made us wait for 30 mins. please note we had arrived @1 30 pm and check-in time was from 11 am.
Rooms were clean. Hot water available 24/7.
Hotel is close to local tourist spots and railway station. Expensive considering the rooms.
