Hotel Relax

Make my trip take booking the hotel which is not exist, due to this we have lost our so many time to manage this all matters.

Wash rooms are so worse, entire room is smelling, one of the worst stay i ever stayed

The hotel is not at all suited for family as the location is extremely rowdy with antisocial surrounding. The rooms were extremely unclean with hairs all around and dustbins not cleared. The bed sheets were not clean and bathroom was unusable. One of the room provided had a stinky smell and had to be changed. There can be a poor stay experience than this.

The staff was good but rooms pathetic

I liked the location only. Room including bed was dirty. I have booked and paid in advance even though the room was not cleaned or ready. During my stay for three days neither room was cleaned nor bedsheet was changed. Very small room having no almirah, tv, table or chairs in the room. I disliked everything except location of property. Checkout time is 9. 30 as per staff but mentioned at mm t as 12. 00 o clock. Considering the amenities the tariff of rs. 300 to 400 only is justified. Tariff charged as rs 800. 00 cannot be justified as per room size, cleanliness and available aminities. Not suitable for aged persons. Bathroom itself was dirty, jet system not working and buckets and mugs were not cleaned. Unhygienic. For location the best hotel but for hygiene, cleanliness and amenities it has poor rating.
