Worst stay we ever had. The room they provide behind the actual building, which need full repair and floor, was very unbalanced and the bathroom, very dirty and so noisy of water pump, kind of loud noise once water drain. I requested multiple time for the change room, but they never call me back, specifically tall Guy from Front Reception behavior, so rude and never call back. The prices they take and their hotel opposite. I don't know why they are doing like that.i really surprise about their behavior.

Despite the premium rates charged per night, the experience was disappointing due to several issues. The washroom was poorly maintained, with inadequate drainage—a serious safety concern, especially for senior citizens. The air conditioning was ineffective, leading to a mostly sleepless night, and unfortunately, there was no timely support from the staff to resolve the issue. Service overall was slow, and breakfast was underwhelming, with cold tea and a burnt masala dosa. These are basic standards that should be met at this price point.

This hotel falls well below expectations, especially when compared to the lodge near the railway station, raising serious questions about its pricing. It does not align with the quality typically associated with a 3-star lodge in other parts of the country. The rooms and bathrooms are cramped, the amenities are inadequate, and the overall service ranges from poor to very poor. The check-in process was slow and unnecessarily complicated. Room service was delayed, and meals were served cold. Breakfast options were extremely limited and accompanied by poor service, while dinner was equally disappointing, with burnt dishes, undercooked rice, and an excessive wait time of over an hour. Furthermore, the hotel's location in Mali Sahi is unsuitable for families, as the area is known for unsafe surroundings, including reports of local troublemakers and inappropriate activity.

The rooms were humourous in size & felt cramped due to poorly designed, congested bathrooms. The entire space needs serious renovation—either by enlarging the bathrooms or reconfiguring the layout. The AC barely functioned, making the rooms feel stuffy and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sales staff were intrusive, repeatedly handing out their business cards, which felt unprofessional and irritating. Service was incredibly slow and unresponsive. Basic tasks like room cleaning only happened after multiple follow-ups. All the restaurants on-site were painfully slow in service as well. Overall, this place feels more like a budget 2-star lodge than a property under the Hindustan International name. It falls far below expected standards. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff and prompt service. Each dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The restaurant maintained high hygiene standards and offered a wide variety of options on the menu. It was a delightful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food in a comfortable setting. Chef kadir and master chef manoj

We had lunch at Flavour Restaurant , Hotel Hindustan International. We ordered continental. The food was good, balanced flavours and service was prompt. I would like to thank complete team including Kadiri chef, MasterChef Manoj Jena, Service person Hemanta and Kanhu.
