Cozzet Victoria Hotel

it was good, but actual space and space shown in picture is smaller. Stay not worth the price. Price should be lower for the facilities provided

Food was good

Firstly, I travel across the country for my work very often. this is not the first time I'm coming to odisha, I like to book different hotels every time for the experience. this time I chose cozzet because I've seen it many times on the road while traveling here and it looked good and bustling. but I think I've made a mistake. none of the hotels I've stayed in starting from Taj to oyorooms have told me outside food is not allowed. but this one had a notice in the reception saying outside food is not allowed, I asked the receptionist what if I get hungry after their restaurant is closed, he said they have round the clock snacks and sandwich, basically he said I must eat what they have in their kitchen and not order food from outside. I thought this was really stupid, I had had a long day, so I didn't want to cause a scene, so I just went up to my room. room was smaller than mentioned in mmt. I didn't want to raise this as an issue too. bathroom was very small - not a big deal for me but if you're claustrophobic this would be torture. I ordered chicken fri3d rice, chilly chicken, ate it all, and then got hungry again. the person who picked up the room service call had absolutely no idea what was available in their menu. he said sandwich is there, but when I asked what they put in that sandwich he had no idea. I lost my patience, slammed the phone down and went to sleep. Will never repeat this place when I'm coming back to odisha.

Very good option for families. Clean rooms, good staff, convenient location, around 15-20 minutes from the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would like to mention Swati, Sambit for their hospitality and help throughout our stay.
