F&B team and Management Team either are misinformed or have no courtesies for a loyal Patron . Except for the check out process where the staff Was very courteous and the team at Machan bit more efficient, the lack of respect and recognition makes the not a Forst choice, if you have other 5 star properties in Bhopal

The worse experience, i thought taj become High commercial hotel , planning to quit to stay at taj group , all the properties looks same they dnt value Loyolty guest or loyalty program , simply all those are good to see on paper because they dnt implement those

The ambiance was warm and inviting, with elegant decor and a serene view of the lake that set the perfect tone for our get-together. The staff especially Brijesh and Amita were incredibly attentive, ensuring our small group felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the evening. The buffet was a highlight, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. From the flavorful Indian curries to the perfectly cooked continental dishes, every plate was a delight. The presentation was impeccable, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality. The desserts were a sweet finale, with the gulab jamun and chocolate mousse stealing the show. Service was prompt yet unobtrusive, allowing us to enjoy our time together without feeling rushed. The team even accommodated special dietary requests with ease, which made everyone feel cared for. The only minor suggestion would be slightly faster service, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience. Taj Lakefront’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, and delicious cuisine made our family dinner truly special. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to create cherished memories with loved ones. We’ll definitely be back!

This hotel is near the lake and very close to Van Vihar.Good food. The swimming pool on the top floor. This is a good hotel for big marriages and other events. The big minus point is when the bell rings in the next room,it feels like it is ringing in our room. Reception and Machaan staff need more training. Rest all good.

The MMT executive Anisha politely handled my request for seat change on IndiGo booking I have & I am not sure if the task has yet been done by the airline or not but she tried to help me out.
