The hotel reception guy was terrible we checked in early morning and we're forced to change in hotel washroom as despite request early check in was nor provided ..I was taking out my toiletries from the suit case the hotel reception guy told me aap apna Tam jham na phaleya.. how can hotel staff talk to guests like this ..then the room we checked inn was smelling like drain ..though we got another room because of the house keeping staff Anita and Kusum they were our saviours who ensured that the room was clean everything is at place .. Again a special thanks to Kusum and Anita for all the help and homely treatment

Very nice services provided by the hotel staff specially Rakeshji... The breakfast and dining services are very good. The location of the hotel is also reachable from all the stations of bhopal. Easy to reach. So wonderful experience. So happy

House keeping service was very good and their nature was even better And my experience was good, I would like that if I ever come to Bhopal again, I would like to stay here because there is something different in the air here or Cleanliness is also taken care of very well, which I liked very much

The hotel accessible, the ambiance and comfortable. Hotel food in dinner and breakfast really yummy. Hotel staff Mr Prakash ji and Mr Chetran are polite and humble. They suggest best place and taking care of visitors. Overall I really enjoyed staying in the hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Lemon Tree at Bhopal for a corporate trip and had a great experience. The hotel is well-equipped for business travelers, offering comfortable and modern rooms with a spacious work desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample power outlets. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was professional and accommodating. In summary: Specious Room suit and great property location. Best suitable for corporate. Very neat and clean rooms.

Very accommodating and supportive staff They were super supportive and helpful and adjusted to my request. The rooms were clean and the food was good and fresh. It's located very close to DB mall also. I would recommend those looking for affordable and best stay to surely stat here

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Das Zimmermädchen hat das Zimmer super vorbereitet und auch zwischendurch gut geputzt. Falls wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe benötigten wurden unsere Anliegen schnell umgesetzt. Bezüglich den Filterfasser mussten wir erklären, dass dies für europäische Mägen nicht gut ist und wir nur Mineralwasser trinken können. Es sollten die Flaschen hin und wieder genau gewaschen werden, weil am Boden hat sich bereits Dreck vom alten Wasser gesammelt (dies ist ein Verbesserungsvorschlag)

Good staff , cleanliness is good, breakfast is also good. Well maintained property. Helping staff good ambiance.I will repeat my stay here in future . The room was huge and had sofas and office table too.i’d summarise my stay as value for money.
