I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. Right from the beginning, the hospitality stood out — the check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. The highlight of my stay was the food. I specifically thank Chef Dinesh and his brilliant culinary team (Payal,dhananjay, madhu, anuj, rahul, harsh, neelam, anu, priya, ranveer, nagendra, farman, kaka, rashmi, dinesh cheff, ashok cheff, Jitendra). Every meal I had was delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. It’s clear that Chef Dinesh and his team put real passion and dedication into their work. They were also incredibly courteous, always checking in to ensure guests were happy and satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day without needing reminders. Room service was always on time, and whatever I needed was delivered promptly and politely. One of the things that impressed me most was how attentive and friendly all the staff members were. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff — everyone was helpful, professional, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. This stay has been peaceful, enjoyable, and full of little thoughtful touches. I’m happy to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience. Looking forward to coming back!

My stay in Hotel Rang Lord in Bharuch was very good, the food here, the room services and the front office staff are very good, specially I would say about Nimish ji, we used to go in the morning and had to come back in the evening only, we used to meet Nimish ji only, he is very friendly and helpful.His way of speaking and behaving politely is very impressive.I did not see any pressure of work on his face, he does every work smilingly. And I learnt a lot from him that whatever work you have to do should be done smilingly. Because sometimes I also get very irritable when there is pressure from the company. I thank Nimesh ji, you inspire us too. I pray with all my heart that you progress well

Best cuisine with exquisite taste in dishes and excellent hospitality and Chef Ashok had a good hospitality and served us a special dishes, talking about hospitality of the staff especially Ranvir was good. Whenever you go in this restaurant try special dishes recommended by Chef Ashok and hospitality by Ranvir.

Had a great stay! Clean & hygienic environment, well- maintained. Scrumptious food. The services were good and the staff were amicable and supportive. Chef Dinesh, Chef Ashok took special care of the food; good service by Anu, Neelam, Payal, Dhananjay, Rahul; room service by Ms Padma & Team; front office- Farman khan, Jitendra Sing, Kaka, Sonu.

It was a pleasure for me to stay on this hotel for 2 weeks and I must say that the experience was out of this world. From check-in to check-out, everything was orderly, warmly and efficiently handled. The staff is professionalism and always smiling plus aid in making sure the guest are well and truly comfortable and satisfied. Specially, Mr. Jitendra Singh at the front desk exceptional helps, answers all questions. Furthermore, with the housekeeping or room service each of them was professional, polite and always kind. Chef Dinesh and Chef Ashok ***** with the people from the kitchen deserves great praise together with the rest of the staff (Payal, Dhananjay, Madhu, Anuj, Rahul, Harsh, Neelam, Anu, Priya, Ranveer, Nagendra, Farman and Kaka, whom also work hand in hand with Rashmi too) . Not only was the food extraordinary here, it was very delicious too. Every meal was prepared brilliantly. The diversity, flavors and presentation could not be any better. Dinesh and his crew also encouraged and accepted feedbacks which is a bonus. My room was cleaned and organized during the entire stay. Housekeeping was done every day without any reminders. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an amazing , comfortable and great experience.
