Pathetic hotel with pathetic staff. Only focussed on minting money from customers. I would recommend much better hotel close by like Neelesh Inn. Should not stay with them as they are not customer centric, fooling customers and not providing services at par.

We visited this hotel for lunch, and I was truly impressed by the breathtaking view. The food was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. A special thanks to Tapan and Vinod for personally attending to my table and ensuring we had a great dining experience. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing time with great food and service.

Property is beautiful and have all the amenities. Outdoor activities like barbeque and lake view live singing was present. Food is delicious and lake view balcony is stunning. Rooms are well maintained, bathroom are clean and staff is nice.

Hotel Harshikhar love you all. My stay is wonderful. Room and food is good and location is beautiful . Best part of lake facing deck area for night live singing 🎶... Staff is very courteous. Good service. music...................................

It was a great experience with this property.we are with Heena group of 12 rooms family,. Great experience nice food . View from the hotel are awesome a lake facing property... Overall a great weekend....Will must visit special thanks to Mr Harish singh

We had very good experience harshikhar hotel. Staff have been very helpful and friendly. Ladle welcomed us when we arrived here first. She has been very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend our friends and family in future to come and stay here.

Great stay! Service is really great. Breakfast is really nice. Rooms is really nice with great view. Dinner options could be improved but overall nice stay. Recommended from my side. Hands down the service! Room is clean with all the amenities.

Positive points of this hotel 1) All club rooms are lake facing ( bhimtal) 2) All front desk staff are well behaved 3) Rooms are excellent with comfortable stay 4) complimentary breakfast are excellent 5) Probably only hotel with Lift facilities 6) buffet dinner are good but non veg items are limited.

The most amazing experience i had. Loved the hotel, ambience, view, food, staff. Everything was great. Staff was very friendly with a smiling face always. Room was so comfortable and beautiful. The food was also very nice. Most recommended.

wonderful stay at hotel in bhimtal . i was stayed 3 night there . staff was very nice and service number one . breakfast and dinner ️ was good. room maintenance and balcony from room nice view miss Ladli Jaiswal was did warm welcome i will recommend that hotel

Amazing location and really nice staff. Food is really good and service is quick. Hotel is situated right at the lake and everything is accessible and near. All in all a very good experience. Would love to visit again. Great option and Greta hotel.

Nice stay... good service and staff is very gentle. Food is awesome, rooms are clean and good hospitality.. Mr. Kanti and pyare Mohan is very humble and soft spoken. Last Ms. Ladli is very presentable and nice. Would love to visit here again.

First thing first, the location of the hotel is great and the views of the lake are awesome. Its also away from hustle and market making it a quaint place. The restaurant food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. We booked a suite that had great views of the lake. The staff is quite responsive but must say expecting a tip for every small thing. The place has a kids play area and spa but it needs upkeep as it looks quite dilapidated.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff was very caring and the view was mesmerising . The room was clean and all services were excellent. One of the best hotels in Bhimtal and would visit again in the future . The breakfast was good and the staff took good care of us .
