Club Mahindra Netrang

Very nice and comfortable stay in club mahindra netrang all staff are very supportive specially Mr.Satya and Mr.Dheeraj was very helpful thank you for your support food was good it's a nature resort near visiting points Statue of unity & Narayan temple everything was good overall nice experience.

The check in was smooth with a welcome drink and lots of smiles and warmth from Ms.Avika & Mr.Dheeraj. Chef Pushparaj personally visited to greet all the new guests at their respective rooms to inquire about the travel and asked guests if they had any food preferences as there were a lot of senior citizens visiting & people like us who like to try different cuisines and he didn't let us down. He made some awesome Lebanese food , Bengali, Punjabi , Gujarati and Some local dishes of Madhya Pradesh where he comes from. The food was well paired and the quality and quantity was just perfect. The housekeeping staff was awesome kept the rooms fresh and were invisible souls who just finished there jobs to perfection and vanished without any intrusion to guest. The laundry guy Monu was ever smiling and helping people even if it was not his department. The restaurant staff Indraneel,Rohit , Manish , Rajdeep, Nikki , Bidisha , Suman , chef Trilok Singh were just outstanding. The cherry on top was met Mr.Prince who gave us an excellent sales presentation in 2006 and is at a senior position in 4 resorts of Gujarat division. He is also married to his colleague Ms.Lubna who upgraded our membership in 2007. The only part the resort needs to look at is the travel desk. Bhavesh who runs the desk is a nice guy but not trained enough to handle well traveled people. He doesn't have a diary also to note the bookings and is completely clueless, once this part is taken care of it would be great. Thanks Club Mahindra Netrang

Visited CM Netrang in Dec’24.Great time for 2 day. Games hosted in evenings were really fun and son had a great time. Special mention to chef @Trilok Singh for tasty dinner buffets. Chef also helped customize some dishes to our taste.Thanks

We had come with. A mood to relax within the resort and enjoy the rooms which were nicely appointed, the food which was very lipsmacking good with friendly and knowledgeable staff.The rooms and the trees around are a bird watcher’s paradise do bring your binoculars here and the mood in the entire resort was very relaxed ,Will I come here for a longer sojourn Definitely Yes

This is one of the average Club Mahindra Resort. A Clear message - if anyone of you planning to visit Statue of Unity by staying at this resort, please change your plan. SOU from this resort takes around One and half hours to two hours by road and almost the entire stretch of the road is absolutely worst with potholes and bad road condition through ghats. Never thought Gujarat roads will be bad like this. This road travel will drain your energy and will take a toll on your neck and back. It is better to travel directly from Vadodara to SOU and back. As far as the resort is concerned, the service has to improve on most of the parameters. 1) The location is not so interesting like most of the other Club Mahindra Resorts. 2) House Keeping Services needs lot of improvements. Right from basic cleanliness till replenishment of coffee, tea sachets, bath towels needs multiple reminders. When i checked in, there were biscuit pieces, bathroom utility wrappers were on the floor of my room, not sure what type of cleaning were done, before a new guest occupies the room. The water flow in shower and wash basin are low. 3) Food was average only. 4) Even at the time of check out also, there were couple of other guests including me who had some issue or the other in the final bill, some extras added which had to be rectified. Overall it was not a Club Mahindra Experience. Once again a reiteration, if anyone of us feel that it will be comfortable to travel to Visit SOU by staying here, it is better to avoid. The road from Vadodara to Club Mahindra Netrang and from here to SOU and back are definitely bad.

Excellent stay with good food and wondery hospitality. Mr Satya was wonderful and very helpful. Menu planning was superb. We got to taste varied cuisines and had a great time. Dining area was spacious and well maintained. Hygiene was followed while food preparation and serving.
