We stayed there on March 4 and 5, 2023. This hotel opened just a month ago, Nice welcome drink, staff nicely uniformed but struggled with answering if asked about anything, very poor English (spoken and understanding of it), No written list of extension numbers of the hotel reception, restaurant etc in the room or on the room phone. Staff just mentioned these numbers as well as the wifi password verbally and expected me to memorise and remember. Quite an off putting view out of the window of the deluxe room….railway line and industrial buildings. Excellent roof top swimming pool. Excellent view from the roof top. The pleasure we got out by having a swim in the pool made up for all its shortcomings. The added bonus is the vast sandy beach across the road.
