A really special retreat for birders and families. By far the nicest place we stayed on our two week holiday to Dehli, Bharatpur, Ranthambore and Jaipur. The family suite was like a home from home. We had living room with fridge, tv, kettle, huge bedroom that could sleep 4 and our own private outside area overlooking the fields and welcoming birds that visited the surrounding gardens. Our 14 year old son was content with the wifi! The homestay is run by a family or brothers who are dedicated to making your stay extra special. They are extremely accommodating and helpful. They all grew up with a dad who, as a birder and friend of Salim Ali, instilled a passion for nature and the birds of Bharatpur. They arranged transport and a guide for a visit to keoladeo on day 1 and drove us there on day 2 when we decided to hire bikes. We were treated to a visit to the local village of Malah where the brothers that run the homestay grew up and met the people that live there. We wouldn't have got these experiences otherwise. The food was great, the rooms spotless, the bed really comfy and if you are a birder then please chat to Murkesh ( the dad) who runs the shop at the end of the road leading to the homestay.

il mio soggiorno è stato perfetto , inanzitutto la famiglia e davvero splendida , L accoglienza e molto calorosa e mi hanno fatto sentire a casa mia in ogni istante e nello stesso tempo sono molto discreti e rispettosi della privacy . Le camere sono bellissime , la pulizia delle stanze era davvero impeccabile , anche la sala da bagno era grandissima e pulitissima , le camere sono molto spaziose , dotate di tutto ciò che serve e con balconi bellissimi con vista sulle campagne circostanti .e pieno di fiori e piante . Il posto è molto tranquillo silenzioso e il giardino è molto verde e pieno di fiori ovunque . la cucina è eccezionale , il cibo era buonissimo , locale , genuino e sano e e tutto era di provenienza del villaggio adiacente . la famiglia è stata davvero disponibile nel venirmi incontro in tutto e per tutto nelle esigenze alimentari . soddisfando sempre le aspettative . Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza di ogni membro della casa . la puntualità e sempre stata rispettata per i pasti , e per ogni attività . Ho apprezzato molto perché sono sempre riuscita a organizzare le uscite al parco e i trasporti in maniera impeccabile . Un punto fondamentale a loro favore e che applicano gli stessi prezzi per locali e turisti , il che in India è cosa rara. Onesta davvero esemplare in tutto . per quanto riguarda la parte natura potete stare sicuri perché il padre è il miglior naturalista storico del parco , sono decenni che si occupa di natura e di animali e i figli anche , quindi siete in ottime mani . Cosa molto importante e che la casa è molto vicina la parco e in pochi minuti lo potete raggiungere con il vantaggio che al mattino e alla sera , sarete circondati dal meraviglioso canto degli uccelli posso affermare che ad oggi è stato il miglior soggiorno in India . We had a wonderful night in the 2 bedrooms apartment. Mukesh is the best host and speaks perfectly French. Not only did he helped us book a tour in the park the next day but we also had a great diner and breakfast. Mukesh thanks, you are a great host and we will come back for sure
