I arrived at the hotel and was met by the receptionist Jo, who instantly made me welcomed. Having a bubbly personality made the booking in process easy and quick, she outlined the hotel facilities and certainly made a fantastic impression of the hotel and staff, thank you- David

Room was lovely and clean. Bed was amazing. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Jo in the restaurant was unreal. She couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly, helpful and attentive. Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from all the clubs pubs and restaurants.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Especially Jo who is so so kind!! A NCP car park is next to the hotel and pretty affordable. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and free for kids!! The hotel is well located next to a shopping area and have a lots of restaurant around the neighborhood. The location is very convenient! Will definitely go back again for my next visit!

Our favourite premier inn this was our 3rd stay in 18months always lovely clean rooms everything we need for a comfy stay . ,Delicious breakfast friendly+helpful staff always enjoy our stay and can't wait to stay again .Well done Jo,Nisha and Juhi

Receptionist Samawiya done such a fantastic Kobe in welcoming me and making me feel comfortable she also allowed me to pick the floor I wished to stay on which also made me very happy, she is such a bright a wonderful person more people like her!

Room was nice and got the unlimited breakfast which was filling . They had a wide range of breakfast foods to choose from so definitely worth the tenner. The staff were all lovely , Jo and Nisha particularly were very helpful. Would stay again if I was in the area

Use Premier inn on a regularr basis but this one isnt great. I am afraid the room looked tired especially the bathroom and parking a rip off with no option to park elsewhere. ULEZ also extends to this area. If you donet have a fairly new vehicle then you will be charged £12.50 per day. The location is good.

Great hotel, lovely breakfast and staff. Thanks to Josephine and all the staff. It located very close to Bexleyheath town centre and there are good transport connections. The buses to local stations are all quite regular. Lots of different types of places to eat locally.
