Brilliant location, very helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed brilliant serve from the reception desk had issue with room got sorted straight away wonderful serve from to lovely women Jo and sam back again next week be lovely to see you both again 5 stars to you both

I stayed premier inn, my stay was absolutely amazing from start to end, check in lady (Samawiya) was amazing, jo was nice lady guided us about so many stuff, in Evening same lady samawiya was cooking in kitchen and meal was up to top/perfect, we loved the meal and she was professional in everything

Great service, lovely rooms. Well looked after by the staff Nisha, Steven and Jordi Lovely location. Friendly neighbourhood. If I was travelling from abroad it is somewhere I would recommend as easy to get into London but not too busy. Well worth a trip

Normally I would rate the rooms at the Premier Inn quite highly. However, since the Pandemic the standard I've come to expect is lacking. The rooms are no longer cleaned well. There was a few spots of mould in the baths tile surround; and the sink overflow looked like he'll. Nothing that a good glug of bleach wouldn't resolve. I discovered that the mattress cover and pillow protectors had not been changed for some time (all badly stained). However, the hotel wasted no time in providing clean linen and an aploogy. I was even offered a change of room.; but I opted to stay with the clean linen. As I said, this chain is normally so good I can only put the recent experiences down to staff shortages. But it has put me off staying in hotels and will opt to go home after an event.

I stayed so many times in premier inn bex, but this time my stay was very lovely, i met with very beautiful two personalities Sam and Saba they are such a big asset for premier inn, they were very professional in to their work, would back again and love to see them.
