This place is an old building that offers no frills basic accomodation at rock bottom prices. For £36 I got a single room on a saturday nigt that was adiquate, quiet and looked to be of decent standard of clenliness. The check in procedure was easy and they even arranged a parking permit for me right in the middle of town. If you want more creature comforts then book the Premier Inn, but be prepared to pay over £100 for a Saturday. I found the place to do the job I needed, so cant complain.

This has to be the worse place I have ever stopped in the owners are rude we paid nearly 300 quid to be told what we can and can’t do in our own rooms they said if we don’t do what they want us to do they would put us in a different room when we payed for a on sweet bathroom in not allowed to put the heating in in the rooms and the rooms are freezing cold I would not recommend this awful place to anyone it’s not a 4 star hotel at all it’s not even a half a star don’t stop here it’s a awful place to be in.

I reviewed this hotel as it was one of the lowest rated hotels on Tripadvisor and hear are my reasons for the 5 star review… Star 1 - It is actually a hotel and I stayed the night 🙂 Star 2 - As I entered my room my eyes were drawn to the paintings on the wall. Especially the one with blood on! It made the paint look so real 👀 Star 3 - I went to fill the kettle up, I looked inside (not too sure what was at the bottom but I wasn’t risking anything) I realised the hotel didn’t want me having caffeine, so I drank water for a wine glass instead Sorry for interrupting I loved the vending machine in the hall with nothing in it 🫡 Star 4 - The room needed a little clean up but the bedding had elephants on which is mums favourite animal Star 5 - The plug in radiator had 4 wheels and at the last place I stayed it only had 2 so got to give a star 🌟

Just rung to book a room. Was told the man didn’t need the hassle of us booking over the phone what an absolute rude human being. I will not I repeat be staying in this disgusting establishment. Please do not book

The owner is a con man. He is in court for falsely using pictures of rooms. I booked through ********** who were not interested in helping. I tried to calk the hotel but the call was diverted. There is no way of contacting the hotel. I tried to go though HOTELS CON but they would not help.

After arriving with my family for the pre-booked night and standing in the rain for nearly 1hr with NO success in getting in touch with anybody at the scruffy place, we gave up ! (as well as 3 other people !) and luckily managed to get a very nice hotel in Hull. We had made the BIG mistake of not reading the horrific reviews about Beverley Guest House before booking... so DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE !!! 0 OUT OF 10 !!! 🤬 (managed to get our money back through the agent thankfully!)

We were booked in for one night through hotel. Com. It's says its has on site parking. What it forgets to say it's for one car only. We arrived and followed the instructions to ring a number which we did. After been diverted a number of times we got a message saying please text this number which we did. Two hours later after number of times trying with the same result nothing. We then contacted hotel. Com. They also tried with no result. So my experience is DONT BOTHER. Hotel. Com put us in another hotel in hull which was very nice we didn't have to pay any extra for a lovely expensive hotel.

The most obnoxious host of the planet! I was told to ‘F***k off’ for asking where I should park my car, hung up on because ‘he won’t deal with women’ and the room was a filthy disgrace. Please don’t give this awful place your money. We refused to stay there and will get our money back through our credit card.
