Not fit for purpose Room is very old and dated, furnishings were damaged , dirty. Observed mice in the bathroom

Avoid if possible Cheap place to stay - smelled of cigarettes and floor cleaner throughout. Shower was useless either scalding hot or freezing cold.

Beverley race day Stress free check in with easy parking. This is a great place to stay very close to the town centre. We would just like to say a big thank you to Harry for our stay.

Exactly as described and what I paid for. I paid less than £50 for a double en suite room pretty much in the middle of Beverley and got exactly what was advertised. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, parking was included and I was lucky enough to get a space as close as possible to the hotel. Not too sure what the people who leave 2-3 star reviews are expecting but if you want a 5 star room then find one and pay the price. Harry and his team provide a budget friendly service and do it very well, follow the very simple instructions and you literally cannot go wrong. I'll definitely book again if I need to come back to Beverley

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Arrived at hotel to a sign we had to send a text message to a mobile number, after 5 mins we got a reply with a code for the key safe on the wall. Got into room and was in disbelief. Straight away a strong smell of urine coming from the room. Broken curtains, mould on the net curtains, dead bugs along the bottom of the window. Dust and dirt on the top of surfaces. Funky smell in the bathroom too. Rude manager. When spoken too he was almost patronising me. No customer service skills. Footsteps of someone walking around the gardens until 11pm right out side my window. The lowest I could score this was a 1 star, if I had the choice it wouldn’t have even got that. Terrible. I know it’s a budget inn but that wasn’t budget, very dissapointed!

Great location. A little tired but clean and everything you need. Very good value for money
