地理位置特別方便，步行可以去地鐵，購物和吃飯。去紐約的巴士站就在酒店旁邊。酒店設施偏舊，但衞生不錯，洗衣機烘乾機都舊。

Even though it was a quick stay I enjoyed it a lot. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The receptionist was super nice! I would say it was the perfect Residence Inn standards. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who needs a hotel in Bethesda.

From the moment we handed over the car keys to Perry (who made us laugh when we were in the dumps), to when we were greeted by John (Patterson) at the front desk team, and every day thereafter, for 10 weeks, the staff radiated warmth and made our family feel at home. Additional special shout outs to other first-greeters Elijah and Robert from the valet team. Separately, the large hotel rooms are an excellent value. And, for many activities, the hotel’s location is ideal, with nearby quality restaurants at various price points, a pharmacy one block away, and a Metro station two blocks away.

Perry was the first person I met as I pulled up. He was welcoming warm and asked what assistance I would need while staying here. He offered me his card and said if I needed recommendations and wanted to make me feel like I was taking care of. Above and beyond These are the types of employees you will meet here. Robert was another person who always made me smile. First thing in the morning as I left after a two week stay I would just say totally worth every minute. I always felt like I was a diamond definitely a place I will stay whenever in town.

The service was fabulous. I don’t believe we have ever met a kinder hotel staff. Robert and Elijah were a joy to work with as valets. As artists we have a full size van and they were gracious to park it in a special area of the garage. Robert also made many trips to our van for us. His attitude is amazing. We felt welcome and well cared for. We will always stay at the Residence Inn when we are in Bethesda. Thank you. Oh, and the room was great too.

Room was spacious & clean. Hotel staff helpful. Valet parking convenient, but pricey $35. Breakfast included with the usual continental provisions. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Close to several restaurants. Would stay again. Appreciated the kitchenette.

Andrew and Gabe were very helpful with parking and check in, thank you so much! Clean and good location in walkable area of Bethesda, including parks and restaurants. Room was good sized. We had a 2 room suite which was enough room for a family with kids.

For a long-term stay in Bethesda, this hotel offers the best location and sq ft in a suite for the family. Hotel Staff accommodated any needs or concerns promptly. Valet were fast, professional, and friendly! Thank you Jemmy, Kevin, Perry, and Elijah for taking great care of our car and always having us out on time!

Non ho mai soggiornato qui come ospite dell'hotel, ma è ormai da un decennio che frequento questo luogo per un meeting annuale. La sala conferenze è ben attrezzata e offre un ambiente ideale per incontri di lavoro. L'ingresso è accogliente e ben curato, creando una buona prima impressione. Il personale è sempre cortese e sorridente, pronto ad assistere con qualsiasi necessità. Anche se non ho avuto modo di provare le camere, l'esperienza complessiva del servizio e delle strutture è stata sempre positiva. Sicuramente considererei questo hotel se avessi bisogno di un soggiorno in futuro.
