It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town (including walking distance to the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods. It is a wonderful place to call “home base” while in Nashville! THE POOL: We have a fantastic pool. Unfortunately, the pool is only open for your enjoyment late-Spring though late-Summer. It typically closes around Labor Day...and is sometimes open later in the year if the weather is nice! GUEST ACCESS: Guests will be able to access the free parking onsite, all common areas, the pool, the laundry room, etc. Pretty much everything! We live nearby and are always available to our many guests at anytime via text, email, and phone. All our listing information is accurate and up-to-date. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications regarding your stay. You will have access to the entire condo. You will be given your own key code the week prior to your arrival for easy, seamless access to check-in & checkout.
