This hotel is quite affordable, so I didn't have high expectations. However, its location is excellent; it's about a 20-minute walk to the city centre. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent option if you're looking to save money while staying close to the city centre.

It was really nice, we even got free transportation card and free entry to casino, the room is clean and cozy, with nice view, definitely recommend

worst the staff was racist they dont know how to respect customers worst better to choose any other hotel than this one the room was not cleaned and blanket was smelling there hotel was worst please stay away from this hotel there staff were rude worst for everyone racist hotel stay away

Excellent location just hop on a tram from Bern central station. Professional staff. Check-in was quick. Always here at the reception to assist guests. Common space at the first floor has everything you need. Microwave, paper cup, and utensils.

The hotel was conveniently located within the expo area, however for the price point, it was way too overpriced for the hotel amenities.

The hotel is three (3) to four (4) kilometers away from the Old Town of Bern and less than one (1) kilometer away from the New Town of Bern. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food at a very reasonable price. We saved a lot by adding it on our trip considering that a decent meal on nearby restaurants costs at least 30 Francs. The rooms are just right when it comes to their size. There is no heater, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush though, only the basic toiletries are provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Bern.

這個房間重要的特點就是有一個二層床，其他空間比較小，但比巴黎的Ibis大一些。 停車費22瑞士法郎一晚 City tax大概是13瑞士法郎。
