酒店位置非常方便，去伯爾尼大部分著名景點都可以步行前往。並且酒店方貼心的準備了伯爾尼公共交通的天票，可以無限次使用。房間寬敞窗外風景優美，接待禮貌熱情，幫忙把車開出來的小哥還在車上放上了兩瓶飲用水。用心了。

房間景色很好看！！！ 前台人員有點少 不過態度很好 入住送了很多零食 缺點是酒店有點老 還有窗外噪音有點大 輪船開船鳴笛聲會聽到

伯爾尼總體酒店略遜於其他城市 這家酒店位置不錯，服務一般，早餐也不行，房間設施很簡陋 五星不達標

房間很寬敞，充電插座很方便，就是略微有點味道，感覺像剛剛裝修好

酒店的位置特別好，門口出去就可以俯瞰整個城市景觀。服務也特別特別好，想騎門口的共享單車，酒店服務員Aristotelis看見了，主動過來教我掃碼打開，真的很友好，要贊一下！

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.
