Super Lage, Sauberkeit der Zimmer leider nicht vorhanden.

Godt men mangelfuld Fint hotelværelse med køkken, man skal bare ha alt med til hvad der skal bruges. Man kunne ikke engang koge vand til en kop the/kaffe. Skulle be om rene håndklæder/ toiletpapir.

Good hotel with great staff We liked the Klassic. Our room had a funny noise and my husband thought it came from the air vent. We didn’t think we could sleep through it. Hubby talked to the front desk and they switched us to a better room. Very nice rooms and front desk staff was great! We would stay there again.

Basics are ok. Bed, bathroom work. Reason for 2 stars: - 15 - 20 min wait to check in. Had to give details we already gave online - very rude staff - cleaning was bad and only happened when I asked for it - wifi did not work - in the evening I asked if I could borrow a spoon. They helped me kindly. This is the reason I give 2 and not 1 star. Summing up: choose another place if available. If you go anyway lower your expectations.

Super Personal- sehr Herzlich Man konzentriert sich bei Bewertungen oft auf die schlechten Dinge! Deswegen möchte ich mich auf die guten berufen. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und egal welche wünsche wir hatten, es wurde super auf uns eingegangen- für mich ein Grund auf jeden fall zurückzukommen und nochmals zu Buchen. Schöne Zimmer bekommt man überall- aber guten Service leider nicht! Die Zimmer war vollkommen in Ordnung man hat ein Bett und ein ordentliches Badezimmer- die alten Klassik Zimmer haben ihren charm und sich wirklich sehr warm von der Atmosphäre- für mich ein riesen Plus- die werden wohl demnächst leider Kernsatniert! Also wer noch den Klassik Chram möchte am besten gleich hinfahren 😊 Wir waren froh über das Frühstück. Demnächst soll es da zukünftig wohl auch upgrades geben. Wir waren zu viert und alle sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen! Vielen dank an das gesamte Personal. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Alice Erk

Häpeä veloittaa tilaajaa. Vältä tätä hotellia. Epäpuhdasta, karvoja uusilla liinavaatteilla, likaiset vuodevaatteet, asuntolan kaneja paljon, huono palvelu, hissi oli epäkunnossa. Ei hymyilevää palvelua. Pyyhkeet melkein hajosivat, niitä ei voi puhdistaa, kylpyhuone arvioitiin 2.

Good stay Room was very quiet, was comfertable and clean. Looked recently decorated and bathroom ceiling wasnt quite finished st edges but had no impact on stay.

Sehr laute Umgebung bis nach 3 Uhr nachts. Spärliches Frühstücksbuffet ohne Kennzeichnung der Speisen oder Allergene.

Air conditioning was broken. Was advised could not be fixed until Monday and it was Friday, at time of stay. Reception told us that they would give us a fan. Which they did not and we had to follow up. Was later received. But the room was still very hot. Then also realised that the fridge did not work, when we took our drinks out. Good location but, bad amenities.
