酒店地理位置非常好，位於S9線路的Stresow站，出站過馬路就是酒店大門 機場可以直達（1小時），messe sud衹需4站（10分鐘）對於參展人員極度方便。 酒店房間乾淨整潔，寢具非常舒適，除了略有小小地鐵聲音（不影響睡眠） 早餐廳位於頂樓，有個360度圓形觀景廳，非常舒適，早餐品種也算歐式早餐中豐富的。 工作人員非常友善，並且熱情提供各種幫助。

飯店床單上有髒東西沒打掃乾淨，浴室的浴巾上面還有別人的頭髮，都不知道有沒有洗過，熱水壺發霉還放在房間去櫃檯換換了一個更髒的裡面還生鏽，房間內沒有電話不能直接跟櫃檯反應，重點位置超遠，離市區要半個小時左右，check out 的時候櫃檯人員做事超級慢，出來火車都離開了本來就遠又等更久

房間還比較大，洗手間也很大，服務很好，24小時前台，早餐在16樓，風景特別美，而且早餐品種豐富，價格不也不貴，真的推薦！

房間構造中規中矩，主要是斷電了兩次，體驗感減分，位置離市中心也不算很近。不過總體來説還可以吧，住起來還算舒服。

Very good hotel for a short stay. Close to Zitadelle and Messe. S Bahn Right in front of the hotels door.
