連續2天停水沒辦法洗漱，連上廁所都沒水的那種！基礎設施差就算了，態度也非常差 讓我去大堂上廁所或者讓我換酒店！👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The hotel is near the Savignyplatz station, which is a good area. Another plus was that the room was very clean. However, it should not be advertised as a hotel with a gym & sauna. The “gym” was a small room with a treadmill and a cable machine, and the sauna was not working at all. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if the right information was available.

Quite a old hotel but generally quite clean. The toilet ceiling was always having a strange noise - probably from the ventilation. But otherwise quite convenient location and clean hotel.

Unser Zimmer war direkt an der Bahnstrecke und somit sehr laut, wenn man das Fenster aufmachen wollte. Leider kühlte auch die Air-Con nicht, sondern machte nur Wind, was zusammen genommen in der Hitze dieses Sommers ein echtes Problem war

We stayed for 5 nights and found the hotel was conveinently located near all public transportation. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was more than adequate and the cleanliness was above average. The area of Berlin is very nice as it close to high end shopping and wonderful dining.

Es war wie immer ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vom Zimmer bis zum Frühstück war alles ausgezeichnet. Besonders aber die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden ist besonders hervorzuheben - ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team. Herzlichen Dank für alles.

Ein rundum ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt! Besonders der herzliche Empfang durch Lara an der Rezeption hat für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Moderne, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Dazu eine ideale Lage machten den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Das umfangreiche Frühstück überzeugt mich immer wieder mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen, hochwertigen Speisen, die perfekt präsentiert und regelmäßig aufgefüllt wurden. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder!

Bin wieder im NH am Ku’damm, weil’s sehr gut gelegen, vernünftig bepreist und der Service beim Scheck in/out stets freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Diesmal gab’s als Member in angenehmer Weise eine Juniors-Suite für mich. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, das Bett war sehr groß und bequem, das Fenster ließ sich kippen und zudem schätze ich sehr, dass es hier gratis stilles Wasser und eine Nespresso-Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine gibt. Das Bad ist zwar etwas klein konzipiert, aber dessen Funktionalität ist gut. Zu zweien wäre es nur etwas eng dort drin. Im September bin ich jedenfalls wieder in diesem NH. Es passt mir einfach sehr gut wg. seiner Lage und Preis, wie schon erwähnt.
