房間不算大，地理位置不錯，旁邊一個大的購物箇中心，還有大明中餐館，早餐一般吧。酒店出門有很多店可以逛，買到了喜歡的包。

酒店位置極佳，在市中心，周邊商場林立，距離地鐵站也很近。不足之處是酒店設施有些老舊，而且不提供基本洗漱用品和飲用水。服務人員非常專業。

房間很舒服，安靜，適合出差休息～位置也很好，距離動物園很近，走路五六分鐘。距離其他景點也很近，推薦。

the room, swimming pool and breakfast are all very nice, but there was something wrong with my room card as I checked with the reception staff they did give me a new one at the same time ask to providing passport for verification,it's a bit of annoying as a hotel guest and the hotel staff finally did not reply what's the reason for the malfuction of room card.

Henkilökunta on enimmäkseen erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiaishuoneessa yhdellä naisella oli vain kännykkä ja hän tyhjensi pöydän, vaikka vielä söimme. Uima-alueella nainen vain hengailee kännykällään eikä edes huomaa, että olet käytännössä menossa sisään. Ensinnäkin, minulla on erittäin likainen huone, jossa on tahroja ja hiuksia sängyssä. Ongelma ratkaistiin nopeasti. Erittäin mukava työntekijä vastaanotossa, luulen hänen nimensä olevan Sarah (nainen, jolla on paras ja äänekkäin nauru Berliinissä :) nainen hoiti ongelmani ja auttoi minua paljon. Muuten sanoisin, etten ole koskaan nähnyt hotellia, jonka työntekijät ovat niin kiireisiä kännyköillään kuin tässä... Mutta no, se on varmaankin ajanmuutos.

地理位置很好，離地鐵站很近，而且可以看到很復古的地鐵站，感覺是上個世紀的香港風格。酒店早餐很豐富，房間也比較大，很整潔舒服

酒店位於柏林市中心，毗鄰柏林最著名的購物大街褲襠大街，擁有柏林最大的購物商場卡迪威，沿街兩邊都是柏林最著名的購物品牌商店，無論是服裝，箱包，手機，電器都可以找到需要的品牌。酒店出門右轉100米，可以到達柏林的動物園，柏林動物園擁有全歐洲最大的熊貓館。另外，酒店前台服務周到，幫忙叫車，房間設備齊全，早餐就餐環境好，品種豐富，在酒店住客無論是舉家出行或商務出差，都可以找到舒適和方便的歸屬感。

酒店在市中心，交通方便，周邊有多個景點，例如威廉皇帝紀念教堂，柏林動物園等都很不錯，早餐也比較豐盛，是有幾百人可以用餐的大餐廳，房間也比較安靜，總之是個比較好的酒店

The hotel staff are friendly, and helpful to guests. The rooms are quiet and safe, and there is also a swimming pool and gym in the hotel. It is exceptionally perfect for a vacation. The location is excellent, with a 5-10 minute walk to the Metro. One important thing to note is that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water for guests.
