自助入住非常不適合國人。訂單生成就不能改。記住是不能改。不能退也不能改！攜程客服起不了任何作用。因為攜程也是找代理負責訂房。這個訂單不僅讓我損失錢，還讓我額外多花了錢！垃圾

I had a great stay at the Limehome, my basement apartment was very spacious and clean and there was nearby many restaurants and supermarket. I could definitely stay here again!

Gute Lage. Mein persönlicher Eindruck ist, dass Sauberkeit im Vergleich zum letzten Besuch etwas nachgelassen hat.

1，入住兩天，沒有打掃房間，沒有更換毛巾。衞生間沒有置物架，入住時毛巾和浴巾是擺在床上的。不然衹能放馬桶蓋子上。 2，自住酒店，下單後不能退。辦理入住在酒店官網自助辦理，全部英文，個人訊息，證件訊息等等幾個步驟操作下來，半個小時。（英語專業畢業+英語工作語言的外企10年）。 3, 自住酒店，酒店是下午3點可以入住，入住code3點才可以在官網查詢。我帶着孩子飛了10小時在中午12點到達酒店，自住酒店沒有工作人員，沒有凳子沙發，衹能坐地上等到3點給了code才能進去。然而，房間還沒有打掃，又繼續等待到4點才進入房間。 沒有任何抱歉，因為沒有工作人員。除了一個打掃衞生的阿姨，不懂英文。 4, 自住酒店，找不到工作人員，所以房間的暖氣不熱，花灑漏水等等，找不到人助理。孩子襪子洗完放暖氣上兩天都沒幹。

屬於自助型酒店，木有電梯，不是很方便

It was clean and when I first arrived I thought the location wasn’t very good, but it’s actually in a pretty good place, depending on what you want to do and see. There is a bus stop right outside which was often convenient. There isn’t a front desk so check in was kind of annoying since you should contact them before you get there to get the code in time but I didn’t know that booking from Trip. After I got the code, everything else was smooth, except their laundry room was not yet open.
