Amish Blessings Cabins

Our family stayed in the Homestead cabin. Overall, we had a positive experience. It is spacious, and fairly comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen is decently stocked with cookware, dish ware, utensils, etc. We didn’t cook anything while there for one night though. The cookies left for us were a nice surprise. The jacuzzi is roomy enough for two and the upstairs bathroom that it is in is quite large. The jacuzzi has one jet that is extremely noisy and the floor around/under the jacuzzi creaked and cracked after use, even when you left the bathroom. This bathroom offered a bar of soap. The downstairs bathroom only offered a bottle of thin hand soap. Please note that there are no toiletries provided in any of the bathrooms. Our daughter stayed downstairs and showered with no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Make sure you bring your own! The cabin has one small tv in the living room and none in the bedrooms. We didn’t mind, but others might. We all found the mattresses to be uncomfortable. (Too hard). Loved the rocking chair in the bedroom upstairs. We didn’t use it, but there is outdoor seating on both levels of the porch. The cabin is located in a nice, quiet area.

Everything and the kitchen sink Saw this lodging when going through **********. Did not book through them as I prefer to book through the property. So glad I booked this cabin. Everything was fantastic. To hit the highlights 1. Fully loaded kitchen, pots, pans, mixing bowls, silverware.... 2. More than enough towels 3. Fireplace 4. Roomy 5. Clean 6. Spa tube easily accommodates two 7. Comfy bed 8. Lots of space in bathroom 9. Close to main shops 10. Provided dish soap, dish towels, may want your own sponges 11. We were on the upper half, one bedroom, daybed in living area. My son said it was pretty decent 12. Large table with chairs and benches May be down side for TV buffs one smaller sized television in living area, none in bedroom. Wi fi was easily accessible. For those looking for rustic feel, should suffice. For those looking for charming adjectives will probably not be impressed. I would definitely book again

Everything you could want or need from accommodation, we only stayed one night but recommend. Only one drawback was discoloured hot water which made me uneasy using the bath (which should have been very pleasant) - if normal need advance warning and reason why.

Spent a lot of time searching for a place to stay in Amish country Holmes county and wasn’t sure where to go so went by the rave reviews and they were spot on. 2 bedroom Grace was amazing and for $20 more than 1 bedroom fantastic value at $165 complete. Gee the Motel are as much . Doing everything online a breeze with quick response. 2 baths just a neat setup. Beds nice( my queen was a little squeaky) One negative and surprise is the floor is squeaky which I figured with Amish craftsmanship I expected “ solid concrete “ and pity someone below us if the were a family in here. Really didn’t use kitchen much except for a spoon to stir Kiereg coffee. Like others have said the parking is steep, use brake. Well the wife is happy so I am too. Fun seeing a all the horse and buggies and bicycles. Would definitely consider coming again. Another amazing thing is how the geography changes once you get towards Mansfield, the hills become more like Pennsylvania. It is so gorgeous. My boyfriend and I went last weekend. It was the best experience.. it was relaxing and the room was amazing. Spotless. I would rate this 5 Star. I'm in the travel business and I will definitely be recommending this . I will be telling my friends to definitely come here. I will be back in a couple of months. Thank you so much

We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice our accommodations were, especially for the price. Privacy right off the main drag with a lovely view of some farms from our balcony. Fireplace, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen with all the necessities…..even a Christmas tree and some cookies to welcome us. Great location for all there is to see in Amish Country. Definitely will stay again!

We stayed in the family and friends suite and it was perfect!! Very comfy and cozy, was very welcoming and clean. We will definitely be staying there instead of a hotel for our next trips to Amish Country!!

I have stayed here several times. We love going here, it's always so clean and the owners are always so friendly. It's very close to everything yet you feel secluded. We'll definitely be back soon this fall

located in a great location - quiet area yet you can walk to the main area. very clean comfortable and just all around enjoyable. very nice amenities also. i was very pleasantly surprised with how nice everything was compared to the price (price very reasonable - place way above my expectations. traveled with my teenager and they were impressed too - that says a lot.
