Très bonne restauration Le menu à 23€ suffit largement. Cuisine très élaborée avec des cuisiniers très compétents. Accueil et service irréprochable Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir Les tarifs du Dimanche sont les mêmes que ceux de la semaine Christine Philippe Mimi Daniel.

Dishevelled property, dishevelled manager, limited drinks at the bar, no food (what food was available came in glass jars to be heated in the microwave!), no pool, not a three star as advertised. If you want a good bed for the night then that is all it has to offer really. We will never go back again, cannot recommend. We were very disappointed.

Séjour correct
Hôtel correct sans plus. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre pour un prix assez élevé compte tenu du confort.
La chambre est propre et le personnel accueillant.
L'arrivée devant le bâtiment de l'hôtel montre que celui-ci est moyennement entretenu.
Cependant, hôtel tout à fait adapté pour une étape ou un séjour professionnel.

Belle surprise !
Quel joli endroit … un havre de paix dans une campagne verdoyante et tout cela en pleine ville … la classe !
L’accueil est très sympa, les chambres sont très correctes bref un bel endroit pour une étape hors du temps

Clean and basic.
It was decent. There are safes in the rooms but ours didn’t work. When I told the owner , he said that nobody were using them anyway. I said that people probably didn’t because they were not working, although they looked brand new. He responded that they needed batteries, but they didn’t need any since nobody was using them. This is definitely the wrong answer to qualify for being customer oriented.
Some staff lacked grooming.

I am not sure what has happened to this hotel! The photos are from some time ago and show a well kept and stylish establishment . We had to double check on arrival that we were in the right place.
The grounds are overgrown and there are posted signs saying that this is to aid the bees. The general lack of upkeep to the buildings however suggests that this may be the result of general indolence on the part of the staff.
Our room was damp with mould on the walls, not properly ventilated, and contained insects on our arrival. To be fair this was cleaned the next day.
The room was very hot at night and there is no air-con. Again, to be fair we were at a time of warm weather, but probably not unique over a Dordogne summer.
We have re-checked the reviews since checking in and note that some had the same experience as us. They have received a sharpish response from the hotel and so look forward to the same!
