Scandic Bergen City – valokuvat

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Scandic hotel. There are three buildings in total, and it seems that only the main building has renovated rooms. We were given a room in one of the side buildings. We wouldn’t have minded an older room – if it hadn’t been for all the issues: stains and holes in the walls, visible dirt on the sink and beneath the toilet tank, damaged curtains, a dirty fridge, a worn-out towel, and poorly insulated windows that made it sound like they were open whenever a truck passed by. In addition, there were no power outlets near the beds or in the bathroom – only one near the TV and one on the floor where a floor lamp was plugged in. The lampshade was stained, and it was uncomfortably warm in the room even in early May. There was no air conditioning. In the bathroom, an old, yellowed wall-mounted hairdryer was installed, and although a newer one was provided in the room, there was no socket in the bathroom to use it. During booking, it was not clear which building the room would be in, or whether it would be a renovated room – this lack of transparency is very disappointing. On the positive side: the reception and lobby were modern and renovated, and the breakfast buffet was – as expected from Scandic – rich and delicious. Still, we checked out after just one night and found another hotel. From Scandic and a 4-star hotel, we expected much better.

Todo perfecto. Hotel bonito y moderno, con amplias instalaciones y buen servicio. El desayuno es muy bueno y completo, con opciones para todos los gustos (zumos, cafés y tés, embutidos, pan, salmón noruego, cereales, algunos dulces, huevos, salchichas, etc.). Las habitaciones están limpias y bien equipadas, aunque el colchón era un poco duro y las almohadas demasiado bajas. La zona del lobby es amplia y siempre está animada. El wifi funcionaba bien. La ubicación es muy buena, a un corto paseo de la plaza principal y con posibilidad de llegar a pie al puerto en unos 15 minutos. La zona del hotel es tranquila, como toda la ciudad.

This is a review for Scandic ornen since the hotel was unable to find the roomfor our booking so we were relocated to Scandic Ornen. It was great. Nice room and staff.

員工友善，早餐非常丰富，不知是预定房型问题？被調至副楼入住，所有东西比较陳舊，仍可接受，但发現吹風筒破舊之餘，竟然佈满塵，非常恐怖！希望酒店往后能改善……

房間還是有點老舊，早餐不錯，卑爾根還是值得一去。房間總體來説還是錯的，床品也是乾淨整潔，整體比較舒服。酒店設施也不錯。待着比較舒服。交通也比較方便。總體不錯

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station and light rail station for the airport. The breakfast is good. We came back after away for the 3-day Norway in a Nutshell tour. We left our suitcases in the hotel storage room while we were away and travelled relatively hand-free.

The hotel is in city center the room is clean and the bathroom is large and clean .good pressure hot water.the breakfast is excellent very big variety as usual at scandic .the lobby is nice with fireplace

除了離車站和機場有點距離外其他都挺滿意的！房間温度和前台説，他們會幫你調控，早餐非常豐富，性價比很高，去哪裡都很方便！下次來定！
