Bathroom was dirty No tissue paper in Bathroom or the office The door to terrace would not open The Louvres would not close A fire was lit near our room, smoke filling the room The shower hose was split and water drain out of the bottom The swimming pool was only 70 % full The hotel looked unloved."

"This place was recommended by a friend, and although it was a little over our budget we went and booked it anyway. We travelled as a group and took 10 rooms. The rooms were very clean but they were too damp, in some rooms the water heaters were not working properly, the pillows were in poor condition. All the furnitures were beautifully handmade but all were too low that they were not really comfortable. Some beds were not in good shape. The complimentary breakfast could be much better, maybe like adding local fruits to the selection (we paid 500k-750k per room). Putting the owners’ potraits in the guest bedrooms was a little eerie 😅. However, the service was exceptionally good, manager was super friendly."

"The staff is quick to respond. There is an issue with water supply and the staff come immediately after being call. The villa is quite clean and in good condition and well maintained. The only downside is the sound system can be upgraded."
