Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono Beppu

The location is great - just a few steps away from the Beppu station. Public bath and private bath were great too, just that there was no staff reminding the tourists for their manners. It was during the silver week of Japan with a long holiday, so the waiting time for breakfast was pretty long and we didn’t manage to enjoy as much.

We absolutely adore this hotel—it’s so convenient and the staff are incredibly friendly. Plus, the parking is fantastic! And the food around here is also wonderful.

The hotel is very clean and new. Shoes are not allowed inside which make the hotel extra clean. Amenities provided are great, free ice cream, yogurt, noodles (1 hr). Location is walkable from the JR station. Love it.

Close to station, staff were friendly. Easy to find anything from food, to entertainment just around the corner. There were midnight snack provided too

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. On top of that, the hotel offered additional services that I had never experienced anywhere else before, which made my stay even more memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing stay, clean, amazing service. Brought my parents for 70th bday. Bedding was so clean and nice, onsen experience, free snacks and late night ramen made us feel so well treated. Shame that we couldn’t take picture of the onsen. Wil deffy recommend to friends visiting beppu.

Stayed 1 night in beppu Hatto with checked in fast & easy. Inhouse facilities were adequate and stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the paid breakfast with a good spread of choices. Staff were friendly too. Thank you all:)

You have to take off your shows when entering the hotel. And slightly disinfect the wheels of suitcase by sliding it on a wet mat but it still feels dirty. The floor of restaurant is sticky. Breakfast is good. The room is clean. The bed is more comfortable than those in other dormy inn. Maybe because the hotel is new.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Beppu Station, with a Lawson convenience store right next door. The breakfast was outstanding and is absolutely worth adding to your booking. The onsen was also excellent and gave me a wonderful first impression of Japanese hot springs.
