Отель известный, немного уже не новый но территория и в целом атмосфера нормальные. Соотношение цена качество разумное. Отличный ресторан с видом на океан и очень странный ресторан где проходит завтрак ужин (отзывы на картах Google) это подтверждают. Пляж немного грязный, но это проблема не отеля а в целом местного населения.

As we know it’s name suggests itself the taj resort , Kids really enjoy a lots & made fun out it , foods was delicious .

優點：服務好，早晚餐自助非常豐富，環境優美，酒店外的海灘很棒。 缺點：房間有點陳舊。

A real shout to Jasvir Singh for taking care of the food. After disappointing food the 1st day, he made sure that food was top notch for the entire stay after that. We really want to thank Piyush and Jasbir for the delicious food………………………………..

Chef Dalip Singh & Chef jasvir Both are experts in making Punjabi dishes.. they offered us the alternative customized dishes as well. We loved the hospitality provided them. They are so humble and take extra care for their guests..!! 10/10 for both of them..!

Лучшее место на земле. Минус только один - из этого отеля не хочется никуда уезжать. Идеальное сочетание ландшафта и архитектуры. Верхняя площадка с бассейном и рестораном с видом на океан, где можно провести с комфортом весь день - и поесть и позаниматься спортом и почитать книгу каждую минуту наслаждаясь видом и нежась в комфорте в уединении. Прекрасный персонал отеля.

A great example of fantastic time-honoured hospitality from a friendly and helpful team of staff. As this is a well established hotel the rooms do not have the perfect polish of somewhere like Dubai but had all the amenities we needed including a very comfortable large bed and aircon that worked quietly and efficiently. The balcony although relatively compact provided a lovely view of the rest of the hotel and had a great sea view. Housekeeping (Neshan) was excellent and ensured the room was always clean and had enough toiletries and towels as well as providing some brilliant towel sculptures. The Palms restaurant provided excellent food and particular thanks must go to both Chefs Rashmi on the eggs in the morning and Kamal on the evening service for all their efforts to make our stay so memorable. As we were on half board we ate from the buffet each night and I think that the quality and variety of the food provided was exceptional. The service from all staff in the restaurant was excellent and they always went above and beyond to assist. I must also mention that the pool team also provide an exceptional service as it often get busy but they always managed to find somewhere we could relax and enjoy the pool area.

We arrived rather tired but were very impressed with the welcome as the hotel had listened to our request to switch between lunch and evening meals. Not only did they offer this but in recognition of our 14 night half board booking they not only upgraded us to Superior Sea View room but also offered a dine around option where we only paid more for steak prawns or lobster options at any of the hotel restaurants . The hotel went out of their way to ensure we had the best of holidays. There are pool activities daily as well as other options. We enjoyed the gym and spa facilities too. The bar staff were all lovely and there are too many to name. I would like to make special mention of the new Food and Beverage Manager Kosata who ensured we had a memorable time. He continually is on the look out for ways to improve the hotel offering. The Seafood Fiesta on our last night with a much improved band, fireworks and three live cooking stations was a memorable way to finish our holiday. I would like to also mention our waiters Rosnan and Nuwan at the Shack who gave us excellent cheerful service at all times. Sam and most of the breakfast waiters and waitresses provided excellent levels of services often going above and beyond and we welcomed early access on our last day. We were even offered food for our journey. One useful tip is that Taj will provide packed breakfast/lunch if you are setting off on an early tour. This was our second stay at a Taj property and we commend the group for their efforts and training and also the conditions for their staff. Milton cleaned and decorated our room and certainly went the extra mile. All in all excellent . The Christmas tree lighting with carols, drinks and canapés was a lovely contribution by the hotel

Highly disappointed by the service. Front desk committed to give room in 30 mins, which they have given in 2 hours, when they were aware baby is with us and we could not go anywhere. In Room, there were spots on the sofa, table and dust on fan, They were so frustrated in giving milk for the baby. In room dining person just hung up call without listening. Food quality was not good.

We went for a holiday in srilanka had stayed in Taj for 4 days . The hotel is par excellence . Staff is cooperative . Sea view is very good. Very nice Hotel especially for a pure vegetarian and for those going with their children. Would love to visit again.

Mr. Dilip Singh is very good and versatile chef . He has taste in his every dish and With his humble nature he takes care of his guest to a great extent and able to fulfill all his guest demand . He personally attend his guest and try to give his best to them. Wonderful chef with great taste 👍

All staff were lovely. Saman was our room cleaner. Thank you for the daily towel figurines. They were funny. Our room was 424. Huge balcony. Beautiful views. Lovely decor. Spacious. Locked Safe and hairdryer provided. Couldn’t fault it. More evening entertainment necessary. The musicians were not always of a high standard although the Dj at the tease bar was banging! Pool is lovely. Pool side ladies toilet utterly inadequate. Needs to be cleaned more frequently. Glass doors not ideal and showers / changing areas better replaced with 2 more nice sized toilets. Buffet food and The shack were lovely but sometimes the guests left the palm restaurant areas in quite a state. One person constantly cleaning the buffet surfaces would be ideal. Larger spoons for big bowl items please. More disinfectant for all tables also preferable.

Amazing property amazing food and Chef Dalip Singh ji made our stay 100 times more better and yummy , he even made Jain food for our grandmother . The property , the food , the experience everything was great. The pool and beach at the property and view from rooms was exquisite.
