When I checked out, the front desk clerk pretended not to see me and had a very cold attitude. So I can only say that this hotel is not friendly to Chinese people, and its basic services are not up to standard. It is not worthy of the name Hilton. "very nice place. My major gripe is with Trip.com. They said there was breakfast offered, and I paid extra for that. The owner said they haven't had breakfast for a LONG time. So I got ripped off by Trip.com by paying extra for a service that was not even included."
