Hilton Garden Inn Cancun Airport arvostelua

Los empleados de la mañana nos hicieron un early check in y les estamos muy agradecidos. El problema viene cuando el resto de empleados se enojan si no les dejas la propina sugerida. Tengo que recordar que México no es EEUU? En qué momento México se tomó la libertad de imponer severas propinas obligatorias siendo un país 10 veces más inseguro que EEUU??

房間不錯，但是機場接送是空談，到達聯繫酒店沒有車來，因為人生地不熟，從機場打車去到酒店竟然被砍30刀，到達才發現走路也就10分鐘

Great for what it is, an airport hotel. Best location, close to terminals and car rental companies. Nice swimming pool, clean rooms and fine food in restaurant.

I just checked in Hilton garden inn Cancun airport. But thr room was quite disappointing. Safe was open, but inside of the safe, there were some eaten muffins and cookies. The coffee maker also has the used coffee pod in the machine. Furthemore, the in-room phone was not working to connec me to the front desk. After physically approaching to the front desk, I requested the clean up the safe box and the coffee machine. But, it took a long time someone to come to the room what happended. He just took some muffins and cookies and went away. 15 min later, a hoursekeeping lady was coming up and I requested a replacement coffee machine, but she denied and will clean up the coffee machine, then dissappeared. But, she didn't show up for 1 h and we decided not to use the coffee machine and to fall a sleep.

For one night it was totally fine. Even there’s not much to expect.

機場內酒店，離1、2、3號客運大樓都很近，4號客運大樓稍微有些距離，大概步行要15分鐘，所幸酒店有免費接駁車，司機很nice，給一些小費即可。 樓頂圓形泳池很有趣，酒店的服務也還不錯，一樓餐廳味道中規中矩。如果需要趕早班機，入住這個酒店是個不錯的選擇。

被子有血跡 可不好 喝水杯子都是臟的痕跡 早餐廳的桌子是乾淨的 但刀叉不一定更換 幸好及時發現 前面吃完的沒換繼續擺在桌子上。而且早餐種類少的可憐 沒什麼可以吃的 除了水果豐盛

Sehr gutes Hotel mit perfekter Nähe zum Flughafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren perfekt vorbereitet für einen Langen Flug. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool und das Gym gefallen.

I was in the room 104 for one night. very noisy in the hallway regardless of whether it's day or night. people have no feelings and talk loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night as if they were alone in a hotel. everything can be heard in the room

シャワーでは熱々のお湯が出てリフレッシュできました。予約時にエレベーターから離れた部屋、静かな部屋をリクエストしたらエレベーターから一番離れた部屋にしてくださり、静かでよく眠れました。 アメニティは、シャンプー、コンディショナー、固形石鹸のみで歯ブラシはありませんでした。 ケトルはありませんでしたが、コーヒーメーカーでお湯が沸かせました。コーヒーパウダー、ティーバッグ、水があり有り難かったです。 シャトルバスをリクエストしターミナル3から乗りましたがかなり近かったので、翌日空港に行くときは歩きました。早朝でしたが空港従業員以外の歩行者はおらず安全そうな印象を受けました。
