Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa

The facility is very well equipped and we had so much to do. Personally, I spent a lot of time at the pool and in front of the beach, but also spent time practicing tennis, went to gym, to balance the good amount of eating and drinking there. There’s also a pool table (although I feel it needs better equipment), a club, a cafe, a healthy eating cafe and so much more. We had a good time overall

I stayed during Christmas 2022 and it was raining therefore no one could enjoy the resort however the food is terrible and the service

Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa made our wedding dreams come true! From the moment we arrived, the warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. We chose the Dulha Dulhan wedding package for our Hindu wedding with around 100 guests, and it was everything we hoped for and more. My wife, our families, and friends were all blown away by the incredible service, amenities, and attention to detail. The Dulha Dulhan package was perfect for our needs, offering a variety of inclusions that made planning effortless and the celebrations unforgettable. From stunning decor to seamless coordination, the team thought of every detail to make each event special and unique. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with gorgeous views, comfortable rooms, exceptional dining options, and luxurious pools and spa services that made everyone feel pampered. Our wedding planner, Grace, was nothing short of phenomenal. She ensured every event ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy each moment. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because Grace and the entire staff handled everything with ease. Everyone we encountered was so helpful, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay and wedding experience as memorable as possible. We highly recommend Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa, especially their Dulha Dulhan package, to anyone considering a destination wedding or just a luxurious getaway. The facilities were very good but some areas were looking a bit tired. We especially enjoyed the Revive and Coco cafe for sorbets, smoothies and coffees. We only ate at the buffet one evening as the many restaurants were available with only a small wait... and well worth it. The staff were amazing, always making sure you had everything you needed. Alfredo in Portafino was very attentive. Chill out vibes in the morning round the pool were great but this turned into loud bass heavy music in the afternoon which is not to everyone's taste. The adult areas were 18+ with no compromise for teenagers.. which seems a bit harsh... especially if only 1 in a family. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I was disappointed in the beach conditions and also missed the gorgeous blue water we see normally, but realize that there has been several tropical storms this year keeping it stirred up. The resort was nice and had some very friendly workers and some not, as all resorts. We liked the fact that you didn't have wrist bands and didn't have to keep up with towel cards. The pool bar was nice but closed at 5pm with plenty of daylight left to be enjoyed. Our biggest disappointment was the quality of the food in the specialty restaurants; Of course we could always find something on the buffets We will probably look at other resorts on our trip in April.

This was my first stay at a Dreams resort. The experience was better than some of the other all inclusive resorts that I've been too. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The service was excellent with the staff being very responsive, polite, friendly, and helpful. It has all the amenities you need with a family with children, with a great gym, a cafe with snacks and coffee/specialty drinks, and a kids/teen activity area that will keep your kids entertained for hours. The pool is very large and great for keeping the kids happy. The beach is well maintained with minimal sea **** and nice sand. The water was not that clear but it was probably from the rain. The kids splash pad area also has a lot of different areas to keep the kids happy. The Pirate Circus was also amazing with talented performers. The only other show we was which was the Vegas show was not that great and we left early as it did not keep the kids entertained. The room service was good with only a 30 minute wait and very good staff. We didn't use the Kids Explore club but the activities and organization looked good based on what we saw. Would definitely recommend for families with children.

Beach is the worst part of the resort. The rest of the resort is decent and the food was good overall. Needs to clean up the garbage from the beach and rake the sea grass from the beach more often. It would nice if the vacuumed the pools a couple times a week as well. Rooms were clean and tidy. Swim pool with the ocean view is very good. Good to have the private pools as the public pools are all closed by 7 pm and the adult pool that you think would be open longest closed the first at 5 pm. that is just annoying.

My family and I stayed at Dreams Sapphire and had a fantastic stay. The resort is beautiful and the hospitality was even better. Francisco was our waiter for breakfast and lunch and was absolutely amazing! He started every one of our mornings out with a huge smile that set the mood for the remainder of the day. I would recommend others to stay here if ever asked.
