Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM, and check-out must take place before 10:00 AM. We can always discuss the possibility of early check-in. Upon arrival, a cash deposit of €500 is required. You have a daily free usage limit of 100 kWh of electricity. Normally, this is sufficient. Any additional consumption will be charged at the applicable rates. The electricity meter reading will be recorded upon arrival and departure. The consumption will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded in cash. This villa is located in a quiet urbanization, only 700 meters away from the beach, with a panoramic sea view from the 30-meter-wide terrace. The house is situated on a hill, providing you with a beautiful view! It is convenient to have a car. All four bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as the living room and kitchen, offer a sea view. The spacious living room measures 15 meters and features satellite TV and local TV channels, including most European channels and movie packages. There is ample seating space for 12 people, as well as a large dining table with 8 chairs. The entire house is modern and newly furnished. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an additional dining area with 4 chairs and 4 bar stools, as well as a TV. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine, dryer, sink, and plenty of storage space. The professional outdoor kitchen includes a double deep fryer, grill plate, two cooking burners, refrigerator, and countertop. On the terrace, you will find a large dining table with 8 chairs, an L-shaped seating area, an armchair, 10 sun loungers, and a large outdoor pool measuring 12 x 6 meters. There is a room with a TV and some equipment such as a stepper, a bicycle, and other fitness equipment. Inside, there is an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, a water cannon, and a waterfall. The pool area also features a spacious sauna for approximately 6 people, overlooking the pool. The entire lower floor is equipped with air conditioning/heating. On the ground floor, there is a toilet near the living area and another one near the indoor pool and sauna. On level -1, you will find the 5th bedroom. This space is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, air conditioning, a spacious living room with a TV, and a complete kitchen with a built-in coffee machine, combination microwave, and dishwasher. From this room, you have access to a second terrace. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a large private terrace and a whirlpool bath with a spacious dressing room, as well as a natural sea view. Two other bedrooms also have access to a very large terrace through sliding doors. In total, there are 7 TVs in the villa. All beds in this house are 180 cm wide and 200 cm long. All bedrooms are individually equipped with controllable air conditioning. The villa is accessible via an automatically operated gate measuring 4 meters wide, and there is ample on-site parking for 5 to 6 cars. The large garden consists of 3 levels and has many fruit trees. There is a first-floor office with great views, Wi-Fi, and a high-speed 300 Mbps fibre-optic internet connection. You only need to bring your own laptop to work.
