Aparthotel Bcl Levante Lux

Absolutely fantastic apartments. Spacious, clean and a great location. The staff were so lovely, especially the lady at reception (with glasses - sorry don't know your name). As it's February we didn't go into the pool 🤣 but it was lovely and looked spotless and spacious. I've been to Bemidorm many times and usually stay at a hotel, however I will be back to the Levante Lux 100%. Loved it and would highly recommend.

Sehr schön und sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Auschecken um 10:00 Uhr ist etwas früh, 11:00 Uhr oder 12:00 Uhr wäre angenehmer. ......................................................................

El spa medio cerrado, el mando de la tele pegajoso… No vale la pena, no es un hotel 4estrellas. El spa tenía zonas cerradas. Dijeron que por ser cliente del hotel hacían descuento en el spa y no lo hicieron… No entiendo como tiene esa calificación

On arrival first impressions were how clean it was and smelt. You have to fill in a form with name, address and telephone number at check in and they took a photo copy of your passports, but this didn't take long. we were soon given our key. Safe was 3 Euros a day with no deposit. we were not asked for a room deposit or any money for resort tax. Room was very spacious and clean. There are 2 lifts. each floor has 4 apartments on A,B,C and D. All facing the pool. As we went in January we didn't use the pool. You cant see the sea due to other high rise hotels. We were there for 10 days and the maids came twice. Beware of the shower. it is very temperamental and can get scalding hot. Kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, microwave, kettle, hob and loads of plates etc. They leave a washing up pack for you but you will need to take a tea-towel. As the hotel is small the TUI rep is down the hill at the Port hotel. we popped down to book a trip to Valencia. The bus picks you up at the bottom of the hill near Burger King. There were no Stag or Hen groups at this hotel and im sure they don't allow it. There is a vending machine with snacks and water in reception. There are plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and takeways...kfc, burger king, mcdonalds only a few minutes walk away. The beach is about a 6 minute walk down the hill. If you turn right outside the hotel and walk up the hill, take the first left you will be on the mail road. If you then turn right it is a 10 minute walk to The Benidorm Palace. You will pass the Flamingo hotel. Opposite this there is a lovely English restaurant called The Corner Bar. They do lovely good home-cooked food including a roast dinner and homemade apple crumble and custard. All in all a lovely Winter break. During the day in the sun you could walk around in a t.shirt, but in the shade and after sunset you needed a jacket. Very close for site seeing of the Benidorm t.v series places. 5 minute walk from Mateos Bar ( which unfortunately was closed in January ) Neptunes Bar is only a few minutes walk more. BVenidorm palace is a 10 minute walk and the hotel where the Swimming pool shots were taken is right near Neptunes bar ( but they don't let you in unless you are staying there.

Quiet area , stayed to see a show . Pleasantly suprised with this spacious apartment . Good quality appliances in the kitchen . Everything spotless. Lots of clean towels. Large balcony to enjoy a glass of wine on . Reception area / sofa area nice to have a drink from the bar . Reasonably prices . Limited bar snack menu . Communal air con switched off but it was November, still a warm night though . We only booked two nights to see a show .

Lack of thought to practicalities Good quiet and convenient location. Spacious apartment booked as 'superior'. Very basic layout, no hooks for towels, 2 mirrors but only 1 next to a socket. Wardrobe doors poorly fitted, didn't slide. No space for wife's longer dresses. Shower gushed all over floor, no plug for sink. Bed sheets had an embedded lingering odour of sweat, not mine! Staff friendly and professional but didn't advise of room safe charge at check in. On checkout asked about our deposit paid but wasn't asked for it at check in so no refund necessary. Fridge didn't look that clean but short stay so didn't use kitchen facilities. Welcome sink pack was nice touch
