房間大，有陽台，視野也不錯。房間沒有異味，幹淨，唯一可惜的是，酒店沒有健身房，泳池衹是幾個小小的泡池，和一個像是桑拿的池子。總體房間是舒服的。距離海灘散步也就3～5分鐘。挺方便的。

El camarero que hay en la barra de la cafetería donde se hacen los espectáculos, Diego, es una persona muy profesional y nos trató excelentemente y muy servicial. Pasamos una velada muy buena, disfrutando del servicio y del espectáculo (con una cantante muy buena), Mª Fé y Toni.

What a lovely hotel and staff, booked through Jet2 and included full board meals basis which was an absolute bargain. Hotel has a great location, close to Neptune's (Benidorm fame) and a short walk to the beach, 2 mins. Hotel has a lot of other great features, fab roof top bar and infinity pool, great piano bar and barman, restaurant is excellent with nothing too much trouble, in particular Marilin and Lales always at hand making our stay more typical of a five star resort.

La estancia estupenda ,la comida sobre todo el desayuno buenisimo ,la comida y cena regulares . La animación nefasta todos no somos ingleses ,también españoles para los horarios del comedor no retiraron el bufet en el testaurante sin a ver terminado de comer

Geweldig hotel met zulke fijne mensen. Complimenten aan Diego die ons een heerlijke cocktail heeft bereid. Ook de ontvangst en de totale beleving zijn erg goed. Kamers zijn ruim en de ligging is perfect. De kamers zijn schoon en we hadden een mooie uitzicht over de strip en zee.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Stunning hotel in a very good location. Room was clean and ready early. Free welcome drink for booking direct was a nice touch. Breakfast OK but evening meal could be better. Will defiantly be staying again.

We love this hotel. Suits where we want to be. So quiet on a night time. You cannot hear The pub The Roywl Arrow under at all. A good nights sleep is so important. Speedy check in lovely friendly reception staff. Rooms beautiful the cleaner in floor 10 is so lovely. Cleaned and fresh towels left and coffee pods topped up - fab. Shower is amazing! The Sky bar is a great place to chill out. Have a toastie. Coffee or a beer. Breathtaking views absolutely love it! My son likes the hot tub and the pool. The areas are always clean and tidy. The hotel smells lovely throughout such a beautiful place. Very well maintained by all the staff. Breakfast is nice no complaints. Diego in the Sky bar is the nicest man ever! In fact all the staff are so helpful and kind. Diego deserves a special mention as he always goes over and above for us. He recognised us and we him. Lovely friendly personality. We go home in a few days but could stay longer if we didn’t have to get back for work. Excellent again thanks Gold Arcos! The staff make this hotel extra special. We celebrated my husbands Birthday here this time. Well worth the extra money we paid.

Un finde con mis nenas increible. Bien situado , tranquilo con zona de aguas en la azotea y música en directo. Habitación gold premium super. Carta de almoadas y cafrtera cortesía. No podíamos pedir mas

Just returned from gold Arcos Hotel celebrating my 75 th Birthday… The hotel is nearly perfect …could not fault any of the staff ..from reception..pool bar…dining room …arches lounge they were all excellent…Our room was the best that we have stayed in in Benidorm….The worst thing about this hotel is the food Sunday night 26th (my birthday) the food was absolutely disgusting very little choice ..waited ten minutes at the cooking station for chef to arrive ..the steak we had was uneatable …worst food we have had in Benidorm such a shame 😞 …would we return to this hotel only on bed and breakfast basis ..😞😞
