Hotel Gold Arcos

I have just returned from a 3 day break to Benidorm and have stayed in the Gold Arcos hotel, I quite honestly can’t fault this hotel in any way. Extremely clean, great food, great location, rooftop pool and bar. The staff were extremely polite and helpful whether it be at the check in desk or in the restaurant. The room was stylish and clean and great sized, great bathroom and large shower, the balcony was also a great size too. Breakfast was a mixture of continental or Full English, very fresh and omelettes cooked to order by the chef. I’d definitely look at returning to the gold arcos when visiting Benidorm in the future. 👍🏻

Me gusto mucho el Hotel. Esta muy limpio y el personal esta fenomenal. También visitamos el Arches Lounge y nos atendió Diego, quedamos muy muy felices con su servicio y nos encantaron los Cocktails que nos hico. Diego es el mejor! Me encantó mucho estar aca!

Lovely hotel, comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and friendly staff. Special shout out to Diego who made us the best cocktails! He really is a credit to the hotel. Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Just got back from a brilliant stay at this hotel from 7-11th April. We booked fairly last minute and hadn’t stayed here before. The standard of the hotel exceeded our expectations by far. Location is superb. We did wonder what the noise would be like on an evening but we couldn’t hear a thing. We stayed in room 806 which was a large sized room. Really comfy beds and large balcony with sun loungers. Bathroom was immaculately cleaned and the room serviced daily. The shower was also superb (great water pressure). Reception staff Victoria greeted us when we arrived. She kindly stored luggage for us until our room was ready and she called us as soon as it was ready. The Sky Bar was great and reasonably priced we thought. We had drinks and some snacks on a few of the days - everything was great. The pool and sky bar area has great views. Sun loungers near the pool are limited but wasn’t an issue for us as we are happy with a table and chairs near the sky bar. We still used pool facilities no problems without a lounger. A great touch that pool towels were readily available and staff were attentive and restocked these multiple times per day. Cocktails in the arches lounge were also excellent and a nice touch to recieve a complimentary drinks voucher. Having visited Benidorm before and stayed elsewhere we would now only look to stay at Hotel Gold Arcos when we come back. Some family and friends were in Benidorm at the same time as us staying elsewhere and they wanted to visit us the Gold Arcos to see the room and facilities. They too would now only look to stay here in future trips to Benidorm.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. We were in a gold platinum room and there was nothing to improve on. From check in to check out staff and facilities were first class. Immaculately clean also. Fabulous short break.
