Good location for food and drink, no parking however and the multi-storey car park is €24 per day which is roughly a 8 min walk. Room was basic and there was a really bad smell in the room which I assume was coming from the bathroom drains. The breakfast was really good.and the roof top bar is a nice touch It’s just a pity about the smell in the room it spoilt our stay

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel, su ubicación es fantástica! Cerca del mar, cerca del casco antiguo de Benidorm...un sitio privilegiado para tapear y tomar unos vinos! El hotel es modesto, solo para adultos...con unos cuantos escalones a la entrada, por lo que tú movilidad no debe ser muy reducida.
No pases por el hotel sin visitar su terraza con las vistas tan espectaculares como esta foto que adjunto!

Great hotel at top of Tapas Alley, great location, great staff, great rooftop bar area with fabulousviews of Benidorm. Rooms were basic but clean, bathroom was a bit small but adequate. I would recommend this hotel. Where this hotel is situated it is great value for money

Great location However let down by being aged !! Which is a shame no staff on rooftop bar, smell from drains And I need of a good overhaul Having said that great location Right at the end of gin street And great rooftop bar Staff nice pleasantly easy going

Room ok no balcony and very noisy at night bottle recycling all through the night Breakfast awful and at 10 Euros a complete rip off Bar staff pleasant room very clean 3 Drinks cheap A great vibe for some but way too noisy for me IF YOU WANT TO PARTY IT WILL BE FINE DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST1111

Only reviewing the bar as for the actual hotels it’s in the wrong location. The outside terrace can be congested with tables and chairs however a great place for a drink. Bar staff attentive and efficient. Pretty standard prices but a great place to drink and people watch. Always call in for one (unlike some)

Hotel not for us , in the middle of a busy street noisy 24/7 night club right behind the hotel , we had no sleep at all , hotel area down stairs & roof top clean but rooms not so clean , very dusty & bad drain smell , staff on reception & bar area were very polite but english not so good and all very young ,

We arrived at 12pm on the 12th Dec 2024 and asked for a large room which they gave us. The safe had the same code as we used in September same room which means it wasn't secure 2 euro per day to rent. The room had a bad drain smell which wasn't pleasant. We booked with Love holidays as I gave a deposit to the receptionist when there in September and couldn't arrange flights so just booked it with love holidays. When I asked the receptionist for a refund she in a very Aloof and condescending manner (Google will explain what these words mean) said I didn't have a book! ( Again booking) She raised her voice and her husband( manager) looked over aggressively. After a scene the receptionist did refund my deposit as she found the booking we had made! We avoided the husband and wife team for the rest of the stay as we didn't want any trouble. The staff with the exception of the Aloof couple were great. Finally I think it should be mandatory to have English as most of the guests spoke it the receptionist had broken English and her ignorant husband had no English. Very disappointed as is my wife.
